A 19-year-old was stabbed to death Thursday night in Queens, where first responders found him bleeding and unconscious on the roof of a Flushing home, according to cops and sources.

Cops received reports of an assault around 6:15 p.m. outside of a home between 35th and 37th avenue and 93rd street, and found Jayson Fernandez, 19, with stab wounds to his abdomen, police said.

The teen victim got into a fight with a male attacker wearing a hood before he was knifed, law enforcement sources said.

Fernandez then climbed up to the roof of a garage on the property after he was stabbed, the sources added.

He was collapsed on the roof of the structure when cops found him, according to the sources.

Fernandez was rushed to Elmhurt Hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead, according to police.

The area where he was stabbed is a known drug location, and the young victim is a supposed member of the Trinitarios — a Dominican American gang founded in the city, sources said.

No arrests have been made yet, according to cops.

It is not yet clear if the property where the stabbing took place belonged to the victim or the stabber.

The incident remains under investigation.
