In this provocative Netflix docuseries, viewers go behind the scenes in the life of Piper Rockelle, a popular child influencer, and see how dark and abusive growing up in front of an iPhone camera can be. Tiffany Smith, Piper’s mother, managed a large group of child influencers known as “The Squad,” who all lived in a house together. Ultimately, Smith and her partner, Hunter Hill, were sued by 11 of the “Squad” members for not properly compensating them for their work. The $22 million suit also alleged emotional, physical and sexual abuse that took place during this time. The documentary chillingly exposes the ins and outs of the child influencer industry.
