Hulu is apparently built for TV lovers, if the streamer’s top 15 list is anything to go by.
Out of a list that’s supposed to feature the most popular movies and TV shows on the site, there’s only a single film among them.
That did make things easier when Watch With Us put together our weekly roundup of three popular Hulu movies and TV shows to binge-watch this week.
Our selections include the latest Fox medical drama/comedy, a Hulu original series and a classic superhero flick.
‘Best Medicine’ (2026)
If you’ve ever watched the British series Doc Martin, then you’ll recognize a lot of that show in its American counterpart, Best Medicine. Josh Charles leads the cast as Martin Best, a former surgeon whose newfound aversion to blood has led him to take drastic steps. He’s given up his life in the big city to become a general practitioner in Port Wenn, Maine.
Martin’s only family in town is his aunt, Sarah (Annie Potts), and his lack of social graces is going to make it difficult for him to fit in. Although Martin seems aloof by nature, the locals never seem willing to completely leave him alone. Over time, Martin may even find a chance at love with a local school teacher, Louisa Gavin (Abigail Spencer). But first, he needs to settle in and figure out how to move forward in this chapter of his life.

‘Tell Me Lies’ (2022 – Present)
You may meet some of your very best friends in college, but the reverse is also true. Tell Me Lies follows a group of toxic friends at Baird College in the late 2000s as their lies and betrayals pile up and threaten to destroy them. In the aftermath of a tragic death, Lucy Albright (Grace Van Patten) starts having romantic feelings for the dead woman’s lover, Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White).
The show also picks up the various relationships eight years after college, and the impact of their time together continues to reverberate in their lives. In the recently premiered third season, Lucy and Stephen briefly reconciled, but the latter’s actions have caused a split that may have unforeseen consequences.

‘Spider-Man’ (2002)
Although Blade and X-Men deserve credit for revitalizing the comic book movie genre, Spider-Man was the film that raised things to the next level. Director Sam Raimi took some liberties with the source material, but the film’s spirit is largely faithful to Marvel’s most famous hero. Tobey Maguire portrays Peter Parker, a lonely high school student who is quietly pining for his classmate, Mary Jane Watson (Kirsten Dunst).
On a school field trip, Peter is bitten by a radioactive spider that transforms him into a superhuman. Unfortunately for Peter, only tragedy can make him into a hero as Spider-Man. And his first villain, Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), knows how to strike at Peter both in and out of costume. This film set the tone for the nearly 25 years of superhero cinema that followed it.
