Golden Bachelorette contestant Jonathan Rone is lucky in love with his new girlfriend, Michelle Zimmermann.

“We do us really well,” Jonathan, 61, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, November 9, sharing a pic of Michelle sitting on his lap. He also tagged her official account, which is private.

Several hours earlier, Jonathan hinted that Michelle might be The One.

“‘So I Dropped The Bomb’… I started my journey looking for love, a love that is a forever love,” he captioned an Instagram pic of the couple holding hands on Friday, November 8. “A love I thought I once had but this was my second chance! So, I went all in with no walls to protect my vulnerability. I had no other intentions than that.”

Jonathan added, “This journey can be full of expectations but the unexpected happened and ‘The Bomb’ is the second chance I’ve been looking for! I am so grateful for all of the support and kind words from all you in the Bachelor Nation. I’m happy to say that Michelle is truly ‘My Bomb❤️.’”

Jonathan confirmed on the “Men Tell All” episode, which aired on ABC earlier this week, that he was off the market and had been dating.

“What comes to mind is how incredible of an experience this has been,” Jonathan said on the episode. “Joan [Vassos] validated me and made me feel seen.”

Jonathan, who shares two children with his ex-wife, was one of Joan’s contestants on the inaugural season of The Golden Bachelorette. He was sent home ahead of hometowns week.

Joan, 61, is now down to her final two: Chock Chapple and Guy Gansert.

“I went through some really, really, really tough emotional times that made me think ‘I’m not sure if I can do this,’” Joan exclusively shared in her Us Weekly cover story last month before teasing, “I found a lot of love.”

Joan, however, is not expecting to end her season engaged to her final rose pick.

“I know everyone wants to see this big, epic happy ending, but I had to do what was right for me,” she told Us. “This was not about making a TV show for me — it was about finding love.”

Joan added, “When I have something great going on, my person could come be with me, and vice versa. We’ll spend two or three weeks with each other every month. I know this sounds aspirational, [but] you can make it work. The logistics shouldn’t be what stops you from being together.”

Joan is based in Maryland, where she lives with her four adult children and their own offspring.

The Golden Bachelorette airs on ABC Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
