Enraged mom jumps into son’s fist fight, pistol-whips kid in caught on camera attack

A Florida mom jumped in the middle of her son’s street fight and pistol-whipped his teen opponent in the face, brutal video shows.

The maternal beatdown happened Tuesday afternoon after a throng of high schoolers gathered in the parking lot of a Popeyes in Miami Gardens, Fla., cell phone video obtained by 7News shows.

The recording shows two of the boys swinging punches, one with his shirt ripped open, when a woman holding a gun stepped in and smacked one of the fighters across the face.

The woman wasn’t arrested for the brazen attack — and the victim’s own mom wants to know why.

“I just want to understand why this woman wasn’t arrested for hitting a minor and having a gun around so many kids,” the unidentified woman said.

“That gun could have went off when she hit my son in the face,” she added. “Any innocent bystanders could have gotten hurt.”

She said her son, a sophomore in high school, is a good kid who plays sports, studies hard and didn’t deserve to be assaulted.

“I’m not happy about my son fighting, but I still don’t feel like he deserves to get hit in the face with a gun,” she said.
