Sabrina Carpenter’s makeup artist broke down exactly how she does the singer’s glam.

After Carpenter, 25, debuted on the cover of Vogue’s March 2025 edition, her makeup artist, Carolina Gonzalez, opened up to the publication on how she creates the singer’s signature look.

Instead of the typical order of doing your makeup (foundation, brows, eyes, lips), Gonzalez first preps Carpenter’s skin then applies blush, her lip combo and then finishes with her eyes.

“[Molding] her makeup by working on her cheeks and lips inspires me for her eyes,” Gonzalez said. “I like to see what she looks like before she’s full-on glammed and go from there to ensure everything is cohesive.”

Sabrina Carpenter shared her concert makeup routine — and it’s totally achievable. Carpenter, 24, posted a “Get Ready With Me” video via TikTok on Sunday, November 12, before opening for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Carpenter started the video with her face already prepped with foundation and her brows perfectly filled-in. She […]

Carpenter’s go-to look features a tanned complexion, extra-rosy cheeks with a sharp contour, lined mauve lips and a pop of highlighter in her inner corner.

Gonzalez noted that she got inspiration from Alberto Vargas’ paintings, going for a “watercolor, sensual, feminine, and universally flattering” vibe.

Kicking off her dewy skin routine, Gonzalez uses Hailey Bieber’s Glazing Milk fluid, the Cosrx Advanced Snail Mucin Power Sheet Mask, the 111Skin Gyro Revitalizing Moisturizer, and the Matcha Dewy Skin Cream.

As for Carpenter’s world-famous “angelic” cheeks, Gonzalez combines multiple products, including Saie’s Dew Blush in the shade Baby with Merit’s Flush Balm cheek tint. “I want to keep everything very pastel and pink,” Gonzalez said.

“There’s a certain romanticism, but everything is buffed out with no detectable lines.” She ties her look together with a touch of Aquaphor to reflect the light on her high points and Chanel’s Baume Essential Glow Stick.

Moving on to Carpenter’s “pouty lips,” Gonzalez loves to pair Charlotte Tilbury’s Lip Cheat Lip Liner with Make Up For Ever’s liner in Endless Cacao to create a contoured effect. She then blends Mac Cosmetics’ Locked Kiss 24 Hour Lipstick with Prada’s Monochrome Soft Matte pigment.

Carpenter, who is known to have “vixen eyes with a fluffy lash,” regularly reaches for Dior’s Backstage Eyeshadow Palette, which features a perfect combo of shimmery shades and earthy neutrals. Gonzalez adds more dimension to her flirty eyes with Urban Decay’s navy blue 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil, Victoria Beckham Beauty’s mascara and Velour stick-on lash clusters.

Needless to say, we’ve already added all of Carpenter’s favorite products to our cart.
