If you’ve never been to Copenhagen, I highly recommend putting it at the top of your bucket list. The Nordic city is so full of life, clean and happy — and it’s also one of the most fashionable places I’ve visited. Every time I walked down a new street, I was greeted with curated vintage stores and stunning street style. Trust me, it was even better than Paris.

I plan on incorporating the trends I saw in Copenhagen into my everyday wardrobe, starting with the three staples below. Find your newest style obsession below.

3 Copenhagen Fashion Trends to Wear Right Now

Utility Jumpsuits

1. One and Done: The beauty of utility jumpsuits is how easy they are to wear and style. You can put in minimal effort when you slip on this all-denim jumpsuit. Pair it with a spunky, colorful belt for a fun Danish touch.

2. Cool and Casual: Running errands or just chilling at home? You’ll feel extra put together — without trying hard — when wearing a Dickies jumpsuit. The cotton material makes it feel super soft and comfortable.

3. Rusty Heaven: The burnt orange hue paired with the corduroy fabric on this stretchy jumpsuit reminds me of the gorgeous Copenhagen sunsets. . . and all of the beautiful people there, too.

4. Canadian Tuxedo Reimagined: Can it really be called a Canadian tuxedo when you’re wearing a one-piece? I’ll let you be the judge as you feast your eyes on this chic long-sleeve jumpsuit.

In case you missed it, French style is the trend of the spring and summer. The ladies in France have fashion dialed in, rocking billowy blouses, breathable trousers, coastal-inspired dresses and even lounge sets that give celebrity energy. French-style outfits guarantee a polished look; with the right pieces, you can channel your inner European and […]

Baggy Jeans

5. Uber Relaxed: One thing about the Danes is that they know how to chill. (Maybe that’s why they’re consistently ranked as one of the happiest countries in the world.) Try to find something more relaxed than these affordable wide-legged jeans. I’ll wait!

6. Popular Pick: Hundreds of Amazon shoppers adore these flattering baggy jeans because they still look super sleek despite the wide-leg fit. Some reviewers also said they’re the most comfortable jeans they own.

7. The Extra Trendy Pick: Cargo pants are all the rage and these now-$32 jeans allow you to explore the trend with a Danish twist. The main focus isn’t on the pockets but rather the ultra baggy silhouette.

8. The Barrel Look: Trends that are popular in the U.S. right now have been in demand in Europe for almost a year. One that has stood the test of time? Barrel silhouettes. Every time I turned a corner in Copenhagen, I saw another person wearing a style similar to these Levi’s Dad Jeans.

Boxy Blazers

9. The Ultimate Transitional Piece: It was still pretty chilly when I visited Copenhagen, but once people shed their outer layers, they were rocking simple, structured blazers, just like this fan-favorite design from The Drop.

10. The Elevated Pick: A cross between boxy and fitted, this elegant tweed blazer was created to be worn outside of the office. Personally, I’ll be wearing it to brunch!

11. The It-Girl Piece: This affordable, oversized Open Edit blazer looks identical to the styles I saw all over the country.

12. A Checkered Moment: Instead of opting for a solid-colored blazer, don’t be afraid to experiment with patterns. The tiny checkered design on this classic double-breasted option is neutral yet makes a big impact.
