Bachelor Nation is starting to get answers about how the Golden cast will be incorporated in Paradise.

A supertease following the premiere of BiP season 10 on Monday, July 7, revealed that there will be some sort of crossover moment between a Golden Bachelor or Bachelorette contestant and one of the traditional Bachelor/Bachelorette stars.

“I don’t know what kind of Paradise this is, but why are the oldies making out with the youngins?” one of the beachgoers says in the teaser.

When asked about the comment in the trailer, bartender Wells Adams told Us Weekly: “I was there for that — what I think they’re talking about. There are some things that I’ll just never be able to unsee.”

Overall, Wells said that having the senior stars join the group in Costa Rica was “really fun.”

“I keep saying this — if the show is supposed to be, like, a televised singles retreat, I don’t think singles retreats say you can only be a certain age,” he said. “I assume when you go to some weird Sandals in, like, Punta Cana that old people and young people can all be in the same place. That’s what this was.”

Wells added that the Goldens “give zero Fs and I love them for that.” Hannah Brown, who joined season 10 as “Paradise Relations,” agreed.

“They brought this infectious energy that is exactly that the season needs. It feels new, it feels fresh,” Hannah told Us. “We had a lot of fun. The Goldens don’t care — they’re just so excited to have this opportunity. They just let loose, they say what they want to say in a way that I love. I feel like it gets the younger cast out of their head because the Goldens are living life right. I was supposed to be giving advice but I was asking them for all the advice.”

Bachelor Nation host Jesse Palmer declares “it’s time to party” in Us Weekly’s exclusive first-look at season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise. In addition to glimpses of confessional interviews from Kat Izzo, Hakeem Moulton and Bailey Brown, the first teaser from the upcoming season, which dropped on Tuesday, June 17, may share insight into one […]

During Monday’s premiere, the first six couples — Lexi and Justin, Zoe and Brian, Jonathan and Alexe, Jeremy and Bailey, Dale and Kat and Jess and Spencer — were established. Four men —Sam, Hakeem, Kyle and Ricky — were sent home. The Goldens, meanwhile, won’t arrive until later in the season.

“Lots of personality is a guarantee, especially from our Golden cast,” host Jesse Palmer previously told Us. “That’s probably the No. 1 thing I’m really excited about — them being here. Outside of them having a second shot at finding love, I’m really interested to see the perspectives that the Golden cast bring, educating our younger cast on life and love. I think there’s a lot of value there.”

Bachelor in Paradise airs on ABC Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.
