Conrad ended her blog after more than a decade, telling her fans, “Back in 2011, when blogs were in their early years, I decided to start a lifestyle site to share my love of cooking, crafting, fashion, beauty, and décor.”
She called the website a “very special place” where she’s “shared so many milestones, interests, and projects.” Conrad noted that with designing as her “first love” she was shifting away from the blog to work on that side of her career and continue to “spend most of my free time with my husband and kids.”
That same year, she and Skvarla pivoted their focus for The Little Market, closing their brick and mortar in the Pacific Palisades, California. They decided to “focus on connecting wholesalers and buyers with artisan and producer groups,” according to the website.
