Two men were shot dead in a Monday morning ambush outside a Bronx park by a pair of ski mask-wearing gunmen who escaped on a moped, authorities and sources said.
A 21-year-old man was shot in the torso and buttocks and the second victim, 22, was blasted in the armpit and shoulder when bullets flew around 6 a.m. on Brush Avenue near Schley Avenue in Throggs Neck, just outside Ferry Point Park, police said.
Both victims were taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where they both died from their injuries.

The gunmen, last seen wearing ski masks, took off on a moped and had not been caught by Monday afternoon, law enforcement sources said.
Investigators found 13 shell casings and five live rounds when they combed the scene after the shooting, sources said.
The motive for the violence was not immediately known.
The victims have not yet been identified, pending family notification.
