Liam Neeson Gives Pamela Anderson a Sweet Forehead Kiss in ‘Naked Gun’ Promo Video

Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson have Us swooning over their latest Naked Gun promo video.

Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, enjoyed buckets of popcorn as they sat in a movie theater together in the video shared by The Naked Gun’s official Instagram page on Wednesday, August 6. One clip showed Anderson resting her head on Neeson’s shoulder as he pointed something out on the movie screen, while in another, the Taken star dropped a piece of popcorn into his girlfriend’s mouth. In a third clip, Anderson playfully threw a piece of popcorn at Neeson’s face.

The final clip of the promo showed Anderson resting her head on Neeson’s shoulder once more as he smiled and leaned in to gently kiss her forehead.

“This could be us but you playing …” read text over the video.

Meanwhile, the caption read, “A couple that laughs together, stays together. Bring a +1 to see #NakedGun in theaters.”

The sweet promo came days after Anderson and Neeson sparked romance rumors at the London premiere of The Naked Gun on July 22. The Baywatch alum was photographed giving her costar a kiss on the cheek and holding his hand as they posed together on the red carpet. Days later, Us Weekly confirmed they were officially an item.

“Pamela and Liam are dating,” a source exclusively told Us on July 29, noting that the couple — who play onscreen lovers Beth Davenport and Detective Frank Drebin Jr. in The Naked Gun — “always had chemistry while they were filming and their friendship naturally developed into more.”

Though this step in their romance is “new” for Neeson and Anderson, the insider said they are “learning how to navigate it together.”

“They are both shy and have tried to stay private but the spark between them is obvious,” the source added.

Neeson and Anderson addressed their relationship status for the first time on Today on July 29.

“I had never met Pamela before. We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely, budding chemistry — as two actors,” Neeson explained. “It’s like, ‘Oh, this is nice. Let’s not mold this. Let’s just let it breathe.’ And that’s what we did.”

Neeson also gushed about Anderson in a July interview with People.

“I thought, ‘Oh, my God, she is so easy on the eyes,’” he recalled of meeting her on the set of their film. “I was really taken with your ‘thereness.’ You were absolutely there. They was no [brushing me off], I knew we had kind of a chemistry from very early on.”

Meanwhile, Anderson said that Neeson “brings out the best in you.”

“With respect, kindness and depth of experience. It was an absolute honor to work with him,” she said.

Prior to his romance with Anderson, Neeson was married to Natasha Richardson for 15 years before her death at 45 years old after a skiing accident in 2009. The pair shared sons Micheál, 30, and Daniel, 28.

Meanwhile, Anderson’s most recent marriage was to Dan Hayhurst from 2020 to 2022. She is a mom to two sons, Brandon, 29, and Dylan, 27, with ex-husband Tommy Lee.
