In April, Korenberg filed new documents claiming Scott was attempting to “evict” her from one of his homes. She pleaded with the court to postpone the date Scott wanted her out of the home. She also demanded sole custody and for permission to move further than 20 miles away from Scott, which the custody deal required.

Korenberg claimed Scott purchased a $3.3 million home in 2023 for her and their daughter to live in. She said he approved of renovations and made it appear she could stay longer than the one year they agreed on. Korenberg claims he asked her to move out of the home weeks after she told him about a new romantic partner.

Scott denied the claims. He said he never promised Korenberg she could live in the home long-term. He said his decision to sell was not retaliatory, and he supported her new relationship. He said the decision was made after a talk with his financial advisors.

The two testified in court during a multi-day trial. The court ended up denying Korenberg’s attempt to gain sole custody.

The parties are currently fighting over attorney fees in the case.

In her filing, Korenberg said she believed Scott earned over $200,000 per month. She claimed she has only made around $350 per month in income from her interior design company. She earned another $2,750 in interest.

Korenberg listed $23,000 in the bank and $1 million in stock or bonds. She said her monthly expenses totaled $15,685, of which Scott paid $6,000.
