Sami Sheen Screams ‘Regina George’ Style Amid Parents Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen Headlines

Sami Sheen is letting it all out as her parents, Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, make headlines for a variety of eyebrow-raising topics.

“Life lately,” Sami, 21, captioned a video of herself screaming via TikTok on Friday, September 5.

The pink-haired starlet let out her best yell — “Regina Georgia” style, according to the music credited in the clip — while sitting alone at a table and rocking a hoodie with bubblegum pink hair peeking out underneath.

The audio is from the iconic scene in Mean Girls where Regina (Rachel McAdams) screams at the top of her lungs after learning Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) was making her gain weight by giving her Kalteen Bars to eat.

“I thought of you when I saw it,” one user replied in the comments section. “GET IT OUT.”

A separate user responded, “Hope it gets better.” A third TikTok fan hinted that the scream video was in reaction to dad Charlie’s latest comments on their relationship, writing, “We all know what this is about … Sorry to hear the news about your dad, like, why does he need to do this now.”

While Sami didn’t reveal what prompted her scream session, the video was shared just hours after Charlie, 60, gave an update on their father-daughter dynamic.

“As long as everybody is still in the game, there’s always a shot for a better tomorrow. I don’t really know what I did, that’s the problem,” Charlie claimed during a Good Morning America appearance on Friday. “I don’t know what I’m supposed to apologize for. But I have absolute faith that this is not a forever thing. Her and I will work it out.”

The Young Guns actor shares Sami and daughter Lola, 20, with ex-wife Richards, 54, whom he was married to from 2002 to 2006. (Richards is also the mother to daughter Eloise, 14, whom she adopted in 2011.)

Charlie is also a father to daughter Cassandra, 40, whom he shares with ex Paula Profit and twin sons Bob and Max, 16, whom he welcomed with ex-wife Brooke Mueller before their 2010 split.

“We have relationships. We have legitimate ones,” Charlie said of his kids in the same interview. “They really have nothing to do with anything that I do for a living.

Sami has had a rocky relationship with Charlie for years, which fans got an inside look at during season 1 of Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, which aired on Bravo earlier this year.

Sami, for her part, exclusively told Us Weekly in March that things were “complicated” with Charlie.

During an April episode of the family’s reality show, she made that even more clear, telling the cameras, “I would rather do literally anything else than go to lunch with my father. It goes in very big chunks with him, I think. For the first 13 years of my life, it was pretty bad and then we were OK for a couple of years. Now, it’s just, like, OK.”

While some fans think Sami’s scream therapy is related to her dad talking about their relationship, others speculate it’s about Charlie’s past sexual experiences coming to light in his new documentary and memoir.

Charlie revealed on Friday that his upcoming memoir, The Book of Sheen, and his documentary, aka Charlie Sheen, will pull back the curtain in his sexual exploits with both men and women.

The actor explained on Good Morning America that his hookups with men began when he was using drugs.

“That’s where it was born, or sparked,” Charlie said. “And in whatever chunks of time that I was off the pipe, trying to come to terms with it, [like], ‘Where did that come from? Why did that happen?’ and then just finally being like, ‘So what?’ Some of it was weird. A lot of it was f***ing fun, and life goes on.”

Although Charlie has been raising eyebrows for his latest revelations, Sami’s mom has also been in the spotlight a lot recently. Richards’ divorce from Aaron Phypers has been a hot topic for months after Us confirmed in July that they split after six years of marriage.

The divorce has gotten messy, with Us exclusively reported on Friday that Richards plans to use footage of Phypers, 52, during their time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as part of her plea for a permanent restraining order against him.

The actress claimed that Phypers was abusive during their marriage, which he denied. However, Richards alleged that video from RHOBH will prove that threatened to “crush [your] f***ing hand” during a 2020 argument.

Phypers, for his part, claimed to Us, “[Denise] is attempting to humiliate me again, just as she did with her first ex, Charlie Sheen, six years ago today. It is the same vengeance playbook as Charlie said, ‘D and her legal posse only deal in fiction. My day in court is painfully overdue. She is behaving like a coward, and the truth will prevail.’ I, too, will be vindicated when the truth comes out.”

Despite having her divorce play out so publicly, Richards chose to show support for her first husband, Charlie, on Thursday, September 4, by joining him at Netflix’s aka Charlie Sheen premiere in Los Angeles. Sami, on the other hand, was not spotted at the red carpet event.
