Startling new video shows cold-blooded killer Bryan Kohberger casually trying to shop at Costco just after he murdered four University of Idaho students.

Kohberger was seen in a green button-up shirt, dark pants and sneakers as he calmly chatted to a greeter at the members-only supermarket in Clarkston, Washington, about 30 miles from where he had just murdered four students in their off-campus home across state lines in Moscow.

He sips from a water bottle while mostly keeping his left hand in his pants’ pocket — the hand that was wounded as he swung the murder weapon hours earlier.

The footage, first obtained by crime podcaster Gray Hughes, also shows the twisted killer going to a coffee shop and an Albertson’s supermarket on Nov. 13, 2022, the same day as the murders. Another clip shows him in the white Hyundai Elantra that would eventually prove key to him getting caught.

“He’s kind of a clueless-type person,” Hughes told NewsNations Ashleigh Banfield on Thursday — especially as he appeared to be turned away from the Costco for not being a member. “It’s pretty strange he would go into a Costco without a card or something and think he can go and buy a drink.”

Hughes said he was shocked at “how casual” Kohberger appears, acting “like it was just an ordinary day.”

“There’s no way any of those people around would have thought that he had any part in killing four people just about eight hours prior to that,” crime podcaster Gray Hughes said. KYLE GREEN/POOL/EPA/Shutterstock
Kohberger pleaded guilty to slaughtering Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle at their off-campus home.

“There’s no way any of those people around would have thought that he had any part in killing four people just about eight hours prior to that,” he said.

Kohberger pleaded guilty this summer to slaughtering friends Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle at their off-campus home. However, the coward never gave a motive.

In exchange, he averted the possibility of the death penalty and never had to stand trial. He was sentenced to four life sentences in prison.
