Denise Richards’ income from OnlyFans and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is at risk of being seized by her estranged husband Aaron Phypers’ creditor, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On Thursday, September 25, debt collector Creditors Adjustment Bureau filed court docs asking for permission to go after Richards’ wages in order to pay for Phypers’ $228,000 debt. The company argued that it should be allowed to pursue Richards’ wages because she’s married to Phypers, 53.

Creditors Adjustment Bureau said Richards, 54, earned income from OnlyFans, Fox Broadcast (where she appears on season 3 of Special Forces), NBCUniversal (where RHOBH airs along with her one-season spinoff) and Amazon. The company said it should be allowed to seize a portion of the money earned by Richards.

As Us previously reported, Phypers was ordered to pay the six-figure sum in July 2024 following a lengthy court battle.

Creditors Adjustment Bureau filed a lawsuit against Phypers and his wellness company, Quantum Epigenetics Consulting, in 2022 over an alleged unpaid loan. In court documents, the debt collector said Phypers took out a $190,000 business loan but defaulted on the payments.

Phypers did not deny he missed payments. He claimed the financial issues were caused by the pandemic and asked for time to resolve the matter.

The parties reached a settlement, which required Phypers to make payments from 2023 to 2025, a short time before they were scheduled to face off at trial.

Creditors Adjustment Bureau claimed Phypers defaulted on the settlement after paying off $40,000 on the bill. His last payment was in February 2024, per the lawsuit. The debt collector requested that a judgment be entered in the amount of $228,000. The court signed off on the motion.

As Us first reported, Phypers and Richards are in the middle of a bitter divorce battle. This week, Phypers revealed he plans to call the actress’ ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, to testify at an upcoming hearing.

In addition, he said he will be calling Richards’ former RHOBH costar Brandi Glanville.

As Us first reported, as part of the divorce, Phypers demanded spousal support from the former RHOBH star. He revealed Richards’ alleged monthly income. He claimed she earned over $250,000 in income from OnlyFans, TV deals, endorsements and appearances.

“I had to close down my business last year and have made [no] income since,” Phypers said as he explained his income being zero.
