A Chinese restaurant’s massive fish tank abruptly shattered last week — completely flooding the dining room with scores of live fish.

The caught-on-camera chaos unfolded at a stone-pot seafood restaurant in Fuzhou in China’s Fujian Province on Wednesday.

Staff were busy in the kitchen when the newly installed tank suddenly burst, sending waves of water — and a flood of fish — crashing through the restaurant.

Multiple fish could be seen swimming through the dining room as shocked diners screamed out and puzzled staff frantically scrambled into action.

The astonishing footage has since flooded social media, with some users joking about the restaurant’s swimmingly fast service.

Others quipped that the eatery’s ingredients were so fresh they’d “swim over by themselves.”

It wasn’t immediately clear how much damage the restaurant suffered.

In the wake of the saga, the restaurant owner said all customers at the time were told their meals were on the house.
