Fashion stylists and sisters Dina and Elana Solomon of Stylishly Solomon are calling it now: “Our clients have officially retired their Patagonia puffers.”
In fact, Elana reports that they’ve seen a roughly 70% shift toward luxury, fashion-forward ski brands that marry performance with polish. “Goldbergh, Perfect Moment and Moncler are leading the pack, with clients happily spending $1,000 to $2,000 on sleek, belted suits that go straight from slopes to soirée,” said the Miami-based stylist, noting that requests for metallic, fur-trimmed and curve-hugging sets have nearly doubled since last season.
Here’s how to shine like a (double black) diamond this ski season.
My Sunday Ski Élégance Ski Suit
Good luck missing this fire-engine red ensemble. Bold, monochrome and candy red ski styles are en vogue, our experts say, and this suit en rouge nails it.
Roka Bridger Snow Goggles
Gone are the days when snow goggles were the Crocs of the slopes — functional, yes, but a fashion abomination. This recent release from Roka combines a refined silhouette with interchangeable toric lenses and triple-layer diecut face foam — named after Montana’s famous Bridger Range.
Goldbergh Dahlia Bodywarmer
It’s a piece that screams, “Look at me strutting out for first chair” — but that’s the point. Turn heads on and off piste with this playful yet insulating showstopper.
Uncommon Goods Recycled Ski Coasters Set
Designer Michael Bellino crafts these darling coasters by hand from the midsections of skis that are retiring from higher altitudes. Each order includes a set of four in random colors, making for a unique gift for your inner ski circle.
Richwife Oversized Sweatshirt
Rich wife, rich life. Dina tells us that this piece taps into the ski lodge “athluxury” trend, melding athleisure and luxury. With relaxed proportions and a graphic logo that says it all, this winter warmer is both a statement and an invitation.
Hanna Andersson Baby Holiday Marshmallow Fleece Jacket
Colorful and cute, protect your snow baby from chills while they chase thrills on the bunny hills in this bebé burrito.
Obermeyer Ashor Jacket (in Daffy Dayz, Pink or Red)
This new colorway — designed by Nessa Dziemian as part of Obermeyer’s artist series — for the ’25/’26 ski season reflects the bold hues dominating cold-weather jackets of late. Plus, it doesn’t get much cuter than bears skiing and jumping to their heart’s content. Pair with the matching “Snowverall” pant for girls (above) or “Volt” pant for boys.
Perfect Moment Metallic Polar Flare Down Jacket
Meet the puffer coat for the 1%. “This chic metallic jacket is not about blending in on the mountain, it’s about arriving,” said Dina. The feminine tailoring and cropped cut are sure to send everybody’s eyeballs your way.
