Incarcerated misogyny influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate whined about the number of snacks they’ve received from the commissary as they sit in a Miami lockup fighting extradition to the UK on dozens of charges, including rape and sex trafficking, a childish note shared by their lawyer reveals.
“We have had 14 snack items in the past 32 days between two big men. What is this, trick or treat? I’ve lost 13 pounds and I’m hungry,” reads a hand-scrawled missive by younger brother Tristan Tate dated Aug. 19, which was shared on X by their lawyer, Joe McBride.
The Tates’ “manosphere” social media and pornography empire, which for a time garnered millions of followers, has come crashing down as their alleged criminal activities caught up with them.
Now they’re in federal custody facing nearly 60 charges between them spanning the US, Britain and Romania. The pair were due in US court Thursday to seek release on bail as they contest extradition to Britain.
“LOOK at this NOTE from TRISTAN,” McBride wrote in his X post showing Tristan’s mournful plea for more snackies.
“I am hungry,” he wrote, quoting from the note, and punctuating it with a broken heart emoji.
“Tristan is down 13 lbs, and Andrew 8. The Gov claims they have normal commissary access. The Gov is lying,” the brothers’ lawyer claims.
“They’ve been given commissary access one time in 32 days. Imagine a single snickers bar lasting 3 days between 2 men…”
McBride’s risible attempt to garner sympathy for the Tate brothers is the latest humiliation they’ve suffered this week alone.
In a 28-page legal filing supporting their motion for release, their lawyers admitted that their lavish displays of wealth, including a fleet of multimillion-dollar sports cars and a $50 million yacht, were all for show to dupe their social media acolytes.
“The more hyperbolic and outlandish the post, the more likely it will generate views and likes, which in turn generates income,” the attorneys wrote.
“In short, they are playing a role.”
Andrew, 39, is facing dozens of charges in the UK, including multiple counts of rape, human trafficking and assault.
Last month, he was hit with a slew of fresh charges for allegedly possessing child porn by Britain’s Crown Prosecution Service — amounting to 19 charges of “indecent images of a child and extreme pornography,” the Telegraph reported.
Tristan, 38, faces one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape and three counts of sex trafficking.
The pair had been living in Romania since 2016, where they are facing a separate criminal investigation over allegations of human trafficking, rape, forming an organized criminal group, and money laundering.
They were arrested July 18 in Miami and are being held at the Miami Federal Detention Center — where Snickers bars cost $.95 apiece, according to the prison website — as they battle extradition.
A detention center spokesperson did not immediately return The Post’s request for comment.
