New York City is on pace to drop $164.3 million on OnlyFans in 2026- – about $450,000 a day and more than any other US city, according to the site’s search engine OnlyGuider.
That’s an 11.2% jump over last year, the site projects, outpacing the 8.9% growth nationwide.
Manhattan alone is projected to spend $83.35 million this year, followed by Queens at $33.52 million, Brooklyn at $28.52 million and the Bronx at $12.31 million, while Staten Islanders are on pace for a comparatively meager $6.6 million, according to the data.
Unlike free porn sites, the London-based platform lets subscribers message creators directly and pay for personalized videos and photos, with creators keeping 80% of the take.
City horndogs account for 48% of the $341 million New York state is projected to spend, a total that ranks third in the nation behind California and Texas, which ranked first and second, respectively, the report showed.
But per head, the Big Apple is a lightweight. The city ranks just 93rd, at $237,805 per 10,000 residents, with Atlanta topping the per-capita city rankings at $1,091,381, followed by Salt Lake City, in heavily Mormon Utah, at $952,303.

North Dakota ranked highest for per capita spending, with $278,815 spent per 10,000 Peace Garden Staters.
New York state ranked 14th in per capita, with $215, 729 per 10,000 Empire Staters.
Just three states saw a decline in year-over-year OnlyFans spending — Alabama spent $52.93 million, a 2.5% decrease; Arkansas spent $29.90 million, a 1.1% decrease; and Missouri spent $82.69 million, a .08% decrease, according to OnlyGuider.
Overall, the US is projected to spend $5.256 billion total on OnlyFans in 2026, a 8.9% growth over 2025, the site reported.
