Aaron Rodgers Gave a Shout-Out to Mystery Wife Brittani After 1st Win as Pittsburgh Steeler

Aaron Rodgers is keeping his new wife, Brittani, at the forefront of his mind amid a win with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Rodgers, 41, said during a Sunday, September 8, postgame press conference that he was “thanking my wife and my friends for encouraging me to take time with my decision. Happy to be a Steeler and happy the way things went today.”

Rodgers and the Steelers beat the New York Jets 34-32, with the NFL player admitting he was “happy to beat everyone associated” with his former team. (Rodgers played for the Jets from 2023 until he joined the Steelers earlier this year.)

After sparking marriage speculation when he was spotted wearing a ring on his left hand, Rodgers revealed during a June press conference that he married Brittani “a couple months” prior. The NFL star has kept his relationship with Brittani under wraps, noting that she is not interested in the spotlight.

“Didn’t want that. Didn’t like any of that,” Rodgers said during a June appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. “And now I’m with somebody who’s private, who doesn’t want to be in the public eye. Didn’t sign up to be a celebrity. Doesn’t want to be a part of it. Because I do things in private, because I want my personal life to be private, now I’m weird.”

He continued, “My private life is my private life. It’s gonna stay that way. I’m with somebody who wants to be private. If and when she wants to be out and there’s a picture, she’ll choose that. She deserves a right to that.”

Rodgers has since continued to gush over his new chapter with his wife, telling NFL Network’s Good Morning Football host Kyle Brandt how his life has changed since meeting her.

“You know, when you meet the right one and you’re with the right one, your whole world changes in a second. And to have that person that unconditionally loves you behind the scenes — there’s no better feeling in the world,” Rodgers explained in July. “I got the most incredible wife. I just really love her and I’m just so thankful to have her by my side in the end.”

He continued, “When you have that stability and that rock behind you at the house, you feel like you can do anything.”

Rodgers was previously in a relationship with former fiancée Shailene Woodley. He has also dated Olivia Munn and Danica Patrick.
