Accused DC Jewish museum terrorist Elias Rodriguez reportedly posted ‘death to America’, praised Luigi Mangione in unhinged posts

The Chicago English major who chanted “Free Palestine” after he was arrested for allegedly gunning down two Israeli Embassy diplomats reportedly posted “death to America” and “death to Israel” — along with “I voted for Hamas” — in his unhinged social media posts.

Federal investigators are working to confirm that an account is tied to suspected terrorist Elias Rodriguez, 31, law enforcement sources said.

Rodriguez is accused of executing Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim as they left an event at the Capital Jewish Museum Wednesday night.

Posts from the X account also applauded accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione, praises political violence, and include thinly veiled death threats to Jews.

“Happy New Year. Death To Israel,” the account, brandishing the handle @kyotoleather, posted at the beginning of 2024.

In another post on the account just weeks later, the suspect allegedly declared: “De@th 2 Amerikkka.”

Another post from December says, “violence does not have to happen, but if it does, then it should.”

The day after the 2024 election, he reposted a message, “Don’t Blame Me, I Voted For Hamas.”

Meanwhile, other unhinged posts appear to applaud the actions of accused Mangione, claiming that “80% of the country applauds the targeted annihilation of a healthcare insurance exec.”

In addition to the social media account, investigators are also probing the authenticity of an anti-Israel manifesto blasted out online around the time of Wednesday night’s bloodshed, according to the sources.

Authorities, too, were trawling through the alleged anti-Israel agitator’s electronic devices and probing whether he was self-radicalized, the sources added.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, for his part, confirmed that investigators were looking at “certain writings.”

“The FBI is aware of certain writings allegedly authored by the suspect, and we hope to have updates as to the authenticity very soon,” he said in an X statement.

He added that the feds were limited in what they could divulge publicly about the probe given they were “aggressively” pursuing charges against the suspect.

Rodriguez was seen pacing outside the museum just before the shooting, authorities said.

When cops arrived on scene, the suspect allegedly pulled out a red keffiyeh and repeatedly yelled, “Free Palestine.”

“Once in handcuffs, the suspect identified where he discarded the weapon, and that weapon has been recovered, and he implied that he committed the offense,” Washington Metropolitan Police Chief Pamela Smith said.
