Oscar-nominated actress Debra Winger and her husband, actor/screenwriter Arliss Howard, have listed their Upper West Side home at 300 W. 109th St., for $1.77 million — just a tad below the $1.85 million they paid for it, in 2015, when it was on the market for $1.75 million.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op is in a landmarked Beaux-Arts building with a copper-trimmed mansard roof, and dates to 1898.

The residence features high ceilings, oak floors, oak millwork and trim, oversize windows and a roomy kitchen.

There’s also a dining room that can double as a library or third bedroom, with a bay window and window seat.

The main bedroom’s ensuite bathroom comes with tub for “at least two,” according to the listing — from Warburg Realty’s Ellen Sykes, who declined comment.

This past August, Winger said in an interview that she dropped out of “A League of Their Own” after the director, the late Penny Marshall, cast Madonna as a teammate. She was still paid for her work as she had spent three months training with the Chicago Cubs.

She now stars as Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s mom on Apple TV+’s “Mr. Corman,” while “A League of Their Own” is slated to be an Amazon series.
