‘Below Deck’ Star Captain Sandy’s Biggest Feuds Through the Years — and Where the Relationships Stand Now

During season 10 of Below Deck, Sandy and Fraser attempted to get on the same page in terms of the interior. According to the captain, Fraser was not pulling his weight as a leader due to the fights between his stews. The England native, for his part, wasn’t thrilled with how his boss favored the deck crew.

“Pure rage. I’ve never been in a fight and said, ‘It’s not the right time to speak to me,'” he told cameras during a February 2023 episode after being ridiculed. “I’ve never felt so sickened by a captain in my entire life. I’m in actual shock.”

Where Things Stand Now: As the show continued to air, Fraser admitted that it was an adjustment when Sandy came onboard.

“I think they have, overall, very different management styles,” he exclusively told Us in January 2023. “I knew Captain Lee and I knew how he worked. I knew how he liked things to be run. He also trusted me and he gave me the confidence to be creative and enjoy my take on [it].”

Fraser and Sandy’s issues seemingly will keep escalating in future episodes of the hit Bravo series.
