David and Victoria Beckham shared gorgeous photos from the retired soccer star’s 50th birthday party — and their son Brooklyn was notably absent.

“Creating special memories with family and friends. We love you all ❤️,” David, 50, and Victoria, 51, captioned a joint Instagram post on Sunday, May 4, tagging sons Romeo and Cruz and making a hashtag out of daughter Harper’s name.

In the snaps, Victoria and her 13-year-old daughter twinned in silk, navy dresses, while David, Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20, all wore black tuxedos with bow ties as they posed in front of a classic car during the party held the evening before. Additional photos featured David sitting on the vehicle’s hood with his youngest sons before kissing Harper on her forehead in a separate shot.

David’s parents, David Sr. and Sandra, and his sisters, Joanne and Lynne, were also spotted in the portraits. Victoria’s mom and dad, Jackie and Anthony Adams, were present for the big day, as well. In more photos, David and the former Spice Girl lounged with their youngest three children at an informal luncheon.

David Beckham celebrated his milestone 50th birthday with a star-studded bash in London, although it seems his son Brooklyn Peltz Beckham reportedly did not attend amid alleged family drama. David marked the festive occasion with a Saturday, May 3, party at London’s Core restaurant, where he was joined by wife Victoria Beckham and their children […]

Brooklyn, 26, did not appear in any of the photos and it is not known whether he and wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, skipped the soirée. (Us Weekly has reached out for comment.)

Speculation of a rumored family rift began in March after Brooklyn and Nicola, 30, also appeared to skip an earlier birthday party for David. While neither the couple nor his family addressed the alleged absence, TMZ reported at the time that Brooklyn was upset with Romeo for dating his ex Kim Turnbull. (Turnbull and Cruz’s girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, were both present on Saturday.)

Brooklyn and Nicola also live apart from the rest of the Beckhams. While they are based in Los Angeles, David, Victoria and their youngest children split time between Miami and London.

David and Victoria Beckham’s family has had its fair share of good times and low points. The couple tied the knot in 1999, the same year they welcomed their first son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham. David and Victoria later expanded their family with sons Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper in 2002, 2005 and 2011, respectively. […]

Before any reported beef, Brooklyn had long been a proud big brother.

“It was nice to grow up with siblings so close to my age, we are very close,” he told Hong Kong Vogue in 2022. “Harper is the loudest, Cruz is the funniest and Romeo is the most energetic. I love cooking and watching football with my dad. My mum has always had a house of boys until Harper. I love spending time with them together.”

Brooklyn also had a special connection to both of his parents, who gave him plenty of marriage advice before he and Nicola tied the knot.

“My dad was just always [like] look, ‘Just always treat her like a princess,’” Brooklyn exclusively told Us Weekly in September 2023. “[He said,] ‘Just talk and have fun. Enjoy each other and just work and do your guys’ thing. I think one of the most important things that you can do in your life is find someone and don’t let ’em go. I married my best friend, so it’s just easy, fun.”
