Killer Brian Kohberger wears his signature blank stare and what appears to be a slight smile in a new mug shot released a day after he was jailed for life for the murders of four University of Idaho students.
Wearing the same orange prison garb with two “Ls” for size large on the collar that he wore during his sentencing Wednesday, the convicted murderer, 30, presents his infamous empty gaze to the camera in the newly released picture.
His pupils also appear dilated.
He appears to be far gaunter than he was when he was arrested for the twisted killings of Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen and Ethan Chapin in their off-campus home in Moscow, Idaho, in 2022.

Kohberger’s face is emotionless, just as it was during the hours of harrowing impact statements read to him by his victims’ loved ones on Wednesday.
