Cardi B is cheering on her boyfriend, New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, from afar.
In an Instagram Story shared on Sunday, January 18, Cardi B, 33, screamed, saying, “Let’s go Diggs! Let’s go right now! I’m not f***ing playing!”
She went on to share a photo of Diggs, 32, kissing her head, writing, “MY FAMILY … You got this!!! STEP IN THE NAME OF THE LORD … PATSNATION.”
The Patriots ultimately defeated the Houston Texans 28-16 on Sunday, advancing to the AFC Championship Game. The team, where Diggs is a wide receiver, will play on Sunday, January 25, in Denver.
Diggs and Cardi B have been linked since 2024, welcoming their first baby together, a boy in November 2025. (Cardi B is also mom to daughters Kulture, 7, and Blossom, 16 months and son Wave, 4, whom she shares with estranged husband Offset.)
“My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve,” Cardi B wrote via Instagram at the time.
She added, “This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It’s me against all odds, me against everything meant to get in my way. I’ve started prepping for tour, getting my body right, getting my mind right. There’s nothing that’s gonna stop me from giving you guys the performance of a life time! I’ve learned, I’ve healed, and I’m loving the woman I’ve become! That’s what this next era means to me and I’m stepping into it better than ever.”
One month after the couple expanded their family, Diggs was accused of assaulting his live-in private chef during an altercation in December 2025. Diggs is facing charges of felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery.
“Stefon Diggs categorically denies these allegations,” Diggs’ attorney David Meier said in a statement to Us Weekly on December 30. “They are unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, and were never investigated — because they did not occur. The timing and motivation for making the allegations is crystal clear: they are the direct result of an employee-employer financial dispute that was not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction. Stefon looks forward to establishing the truth in a court of law.”
Cardi B, meanwhile, has defended Diggs on social media. Earlier this month, the rapper shared a since-deleted post about the woman accusing him of assault.
“Not once has that woman said anything to me about being touched.. NOT ONCE!!,” Cardi B wrote via X, according to TMZ. “Mind you, we was talking every single day until she left that house and she JUST wrote me this.. but I’m gonna let the courts handle s*** and when it gets handled I want all yall talkin s*** on your f***in knees with apologies just as loud the way yall been harassing over a lie… and I put that on my two month old son in the name of the lord!! That’s how confident I am.”
Alongside the post, Cardi B shared an alleged text from the chef to her, which read: “I’m sooo sorry, I can’t talk to you, I didn’t say that especially in the way it was written, please contact my mediator and she will answer anything you need to know. But only in person and confidently.”
While Diggs’ arraignment was scheduled for earlier this month, TMZ confirmed that it has been delayed until Friday, February 13.
