Selling Sunset will have a changing of the guards for season 10 with Christine Quinn returning to the franchise after a four-year hiatus, Us Weekly can confirm.
“Christine is coming back,” a source exclusively reveals, noting that the cast was “supposed to start filming and it has been delayed because they are waiting for her to finish negotiations.”
Christine’s return comes four years after her last episode aired during season 5 of the Netflix show in April 2022. The 37-year-old’s TV comeback also comes on the heels of Chrishell Stause announcing in November 2025 that she is exiting the reality show after nine seasons.
The insider confirmed to Us that Chrishell, 44, is “not coming back” and neither are her castmates Nicole Young and Chelsea Lazkani, who joined the cast in 2020 and 2022, respectively.
In their absences, newbie Tara Sarbaz has been cast, the source says. “She will be full time and has worked with Jason [Oppenheim] before,” the insider adds.
Us Weekly has reached out to Netflix for comment.
Christine made her Selling Sunset debut when the series premiered in 2019 alongside Chrishell, Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet, Maya Vander, Heather Rae El Moussa and Davina Potratz, who all were part of the Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles owned by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim.
Christine exited the show following the conclusion of season 5, which aired in spring 2022. She hinted at her departure earlier that year after leaving the real estate group to pursue her own brokerage, Real One. (Christine created the company with then-husband Christian Dumontet, who filed for divorce in April 2024.)
While Christine butted heads with her coworkers and costars ahead of her Selling Sunset departure, she exclusively told Us in February that a comeback wasn’t off the table.
“I’m always open to having fun and turning looks, but it needs to make sense for me, so it’s just a question mark right now. We’ll see,” she said while promoting her latest reality TV venture, competing on season 3 of House of Villains.
Christine, who shares a 5-year-old son with her estranged spouse, noted that she does “keep in contact with some of the cast.”
She revealed she spoke with Jason, 48, one day prior to her interview with Us, saying, “I love him. I’ve always loved him, and he’s always been really supportive of me.”
Christine added, “I do talk to a lot of the girls, also Nicole, Davina, Bre [Tiesi], here and there, and I see them at events and stuff like that.”
While Netflix has yet to announce the full cast for Selling Sunset season 10, Chrishell has made it clear that she’s done with the franchise after a rocky season 9. (She had a falling out with Emma Hernan over her then-boyfriend, Blake Davis, and issues with Nicole over comments she made about Chrishell’s late parents.)
“I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t need the show financially,” Chrishell told Bustle in November 2025. “I’m lucky to have other forms of employment, because it’s no longer good for my mental health.”
Selling Sunset is streaming on Netflix.
