The worried daughter of viral one-legged hurricane holdout “Lieutenant Dan” railed against the influencers and donors who gave her father money, alleging they were enabling his drug use and putting him in an “early grave.”

Ashley Ann Malinowski called for the stoppage of all funds going to her father Joseph Malinowski, who gained national attention for refusing to leave his boat in Tampa ahead of Hurricane Milton.

The sailor, who is missing the lower portion of his leg from the shin down, was given the nickname “Lieutenant Dan” for his resemblance to Gary Sinise’s character from the 1994 film “Forrest Gump.”

“Lieutenant Dan was doing just fine without all that money,” Ann Malinowski said in a profanity-laden rant on TikTok Friday.

“Y’all TikTok f–king famous people, y’all blowing him up and he’s gonna be dead before he can f–king enjoy that boat. Look at him, after y’all got a hold of him and now he’s high as f–k on all these videos.”

“Lieutenant Dan” was featured on the Weather Channel, CNN and on a livestream with TikTokker “Tampa” Terrence Concannon before the hurricane made landfall on Florida Wednesday.

The defiant mariner held onto his sailboat and challenged Hurricane Helene to “come get me” during his interview on Concannon’s TikTok on Sept. 25, which has been viewed over 2.1 million times.

Concannon, 23, rode the fame and continued to share updates of his new friend throughout the storm, easily reaching millions of views for each post.

Concannon later set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for Malinowski to buy a larger vessel, which has raised over $46,000, calling him “the kindest soul” who is “always ready to lend a hand.”

Malinowski rode out Hurricane Milton from his boat, where he lives, as he defied Tampa Mayor Jane Castor’s claims that he had gone to a shelter.

He was discovered inside his boat tied to a dock in Tampa Bay.

Twitch streamer Adin Rossn later offered Malinowski a deal with the streaming platform Kick and to buy a new boat between $50,000 and $100,000.

The concerned daughter revealed she has struggled with her father’s safety towards drugs for the past decade.

“Is it just weed? Is it just weed? Yes, I’m his daughter and I had to keep tabs on that man for 10 years trying to make sure that he is alive, and now he’s gonna get all of this and probably end up dead because of it.”

Malinowski said she is trying not to spend too “much energy” looking out for her father besides making sure “he’s alive.”

“Y’all are gonna f–king put him in the grave early, for making him famous and giving him this money,” she said battling back tears.

Malinowski claimed the influencers were using her father to boost their social media channels and “don’t know what they’re doing” in terms of helping the elder Malinowski.

“Nobody actually f–king cares about him either. Y’all are just using him to make him famous, make yourselves more famous, make yourselves look good, but nobody f–king cares.”

“Lieutenant Dan”‘s checkered past resurfaced after becoming internet famous for not heeding warnings from officials and popping out of his boat after the storm passed.
