Dylan Efron can already picture life as a “girl dad,” thanks to his little sister, Olivia.

During his appearance on the Tuesday, March 18, episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, Dylan, 33, opened up about his relationship with his older brother, Zac Efron, and their two half-siblings, Olivia, 5, and Henry, 4.

“They’re the cutest,” Dylan gushed over his littlest siblings, who are his father’s children from his second marriage. “I think I saw them immediately when I got back from Scotland [for The Traitors].”

Dylan noted that he’s been a bit “worse” about staying in touch with Olivia and Henry because of his “busy” schedule, but he still tries to visit them “any chance” he can.

Zac Efron has enjoyed many adventures with his family over the years — and luckily he documented the special bonding moments. Efron — who is an older brother to Dylan, Olivia and Henry — has recalled how his siblings and parents supported him throughout his career. “My family’s my rock. I know that they’re not […]

Joking that he hopes he’s Olivia and Henry’s “favorite” over Zac, 37, Dylan admitted he sometimes gets mistaken for a dad instead of a big brother.

“People think Olivia is mine, for sure,” he said. “I don’t know how to describe it. But yeah, it’s definitely opened my eyes to being a girl dad, too, because I was that kid who wanted to play sports. I want to teach my kid how to play baseball and all that stuff. But seeing Olivia grow up, I was like, ‘Oh, I could have a girl.’”

Dylan explained that his preference “changes” when it comes to wanting to raise a boy or a girl. “[Olivia’s] in the dance recital stage, so I’m going to dance recitals. That’s new to me,” he continued.

While Olivia takes after Zac with her interest in performing, Dylan sees himself in Henry. “He is me to a tee,” he said. “It’s literally like watching me and Zac grow up. Olivia’s outgoing, so smart. That was Zac. Henry … he just runs around, falls, gets up. Like, he hits his head and will have a huge mark and he just laughs. He’s me. It’s just different stages.”

Dylan Efron knows his most notable title is “Zac Efron’s younger brother” — and he wears the label with honor. “I love my brother. I’m so proud of him,” Dylan, 33, told Cosmopolitan in an interview published on Thursday, February 13. “If anything, it’s helped me with my career, so I have no issue with […]

Dylan conceded that he’s “maybe not” ready for kids “right now,” but he hopes to have a family of his own someday. (Earlier this month, Dylan confirmed his long-term relationship with girlfriend Courtney King.)

Before his winning run on season 3 of The Traitors — Dylan shared the prize money with fellow Faithfuls Gabby Windey, Dolores Catania and Sir Ivar Mountbatten — the influencer exclusively opened up to Us Weekly about his close bond with his family.

“I just think back and my brother was such a good brother to me and I want to be that for [Henry and Olivia]. So it’s really just — I like thinking what they think of me and I want to be that presence for them,” he said in September 2023. “I love doing stuff with my brother. There’s a really comforting thing being with family [and] doing this stuff. That’s always going to be high up there on what I love to do. But I think it’s good that we do things separately, too.”
