Billionaire Kamala Harris surrogate Mark Cuban knew he’d made a major unforced error with his Thursday remarks insulting Republican women on “The View” — he came well prepared to an interview with a conservative female host soon after, The Post can exclusively reveal.

“Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women. Ever,” Cuban declared days before the election on the ABC gabfest promoting Harris for president.

Georgia radio host Martha Zoller had a unique opportunity to confront him, having scheduled an interview tied to a roundtable he was holding in the Peach State.

The Talkers Magazine 2023 Woman of the Year told The Post it was clear Cuban came ready to face tough questions — which is confirmed by the audio she exclusively shared with The Post.

Martha Zoller is a smart, strong conservative woman who got to confront Mark Cuban on air about his insulting remarks.

“I am a strong, intelligent woman, and I’m also a conservative,” she pointedly told him during their Thursday interview, offering him a chance to address the firestorm.

“I wasn’t saying that Republican women aren’t strong, intelligent women. That’s obviously not the case,” Cuban claimed.

“I probably should have given examples that he has worked with, Kellyanne Conway, Tulsi Gabbard, Linda McMahon, and that probably would have clarified some of it,” he continued. “He’s worked with a lot of really strong, intelligent women, I just have not seen them with him side by side on the campaign trail.”

When The Post reached out to former Democratic congresswoman Gabbard, a Trump supporter who just joined the ex-prez’s party, her spokeswoman eviscerated Cuban with a single sentence.

“Lieutenant Colonel Tulsi Gabbard has served over 21 years in the Army and is a Battalion Commander in the US Army Reserve — she is on duty with her soldiers today and unavailable for comment,” Erika Tsuji told The Post.

“You are correct that Tulsi Gabbard has shared the stage with President Trump numerous times,” she added.

The ex-rep surprised the crowd — and everyone watching on television — when she appeared with Trump at a National Guard conference in Detroit Aug. 26 to endorse his candidacy.

“She’s a special person,” Trump said in introducing Gabbard, who ran for president under the Democratic banner in 2020. “She’s got great common sense, great spirit. She loves our country, and she loves the people in this room.”

And among other meetings, Gabbard and Trump were onstage together at a Greensboro, NC, rally Oct. 22 when she announced she’d fully crossed the aisle after leaving the Democrats and becoming an independent in 2022.

“The Democrat Party has no home for people like us, but we do have a home in the Republican Party — where we are welcomed with open arms by President Trump and so many of you who love our country,” she told the crowd.

Zoller’s interview is airing on her show out of Gainesville, Ga., Friday morning on WDUN, a Fox News radio affiliate that provides 24-hour news coverage of north Georgia.

Cuban even thanked her for the grilling on air.

“I just want to be clear, and I really appreciate you asking the question. I was not saying that women voters for Donald Trump are not strong or intelligent or not both — they are. They obviously are,” he conceded.
