“We are excited for the return of the FDNY Calendar of Heroes,” FDNY Commissioner Robert S. Tucker said.

“The calendar presents an opportunity to highlight our Best and Bravest, while helping fundraise for the critical mission of the FDNY Foundation.”

The sizzling calendar, which was initially canned due to dwindling sales after the COVID pandemic, is being put out by the FDNY Foundation — a nonprofit that raises funds for Gotham’s fire equipment and training.

“It was one of the most in-demand items we’ve had, a successful fundraising tool for years — and we’ve gotten tremendous interest in it already,” said Matt DiLiberto, the foundation’s chairman.

“The new calendar will allow us to showcase the health, fitness and wellness of the FDNY, and depict our firefighters, EMTs and paramedics as the heroes they are.”

After years of being a beefcake bonanza, the FDNY Foundation started including female firefighters in 2014.

Firehouse Subs, a Florida-based sandwich shop, has also come on board as a sponsor to help distribute the upcoming smoke-show portraits.

It wasn’t immediately clear who would be chosen to grace the 2026 calendar’s pages.

Vying participants were recently asked to start submitting their glamor shots.

The calendar had been around for decades before production was halted amid the pandemic.

After years of being a beefcake bonanza, the foundation opted to start including female firefighters in 2014. Then in 2017, the foundation started doling out a men’s and a women’s edition before adding animals to the mix soon after.

The 2026 calendar will set New Yorkers back $25 a pop and is expected to be released towards the tail end of the year.
