Halle Berry Gets Real About Aging While Rocking a Bikini: ‘Don’t Have to Get Old’

Halle Berry has the best mindset when it comes to aging.

Berry, 59, proudly showed off her bikini body while enjoying a tropical getaway, sharing a message about embracing every trip around the sun.

“We have to get older, but we don’t have to get old 🤌🏽,” the actress captioned her Instagram post on Monday, August 18. Her celebrity friends agreed with her in the comments section.

“Halle we’re not getting older, we’re leveling up… 🔥,” Mario Lopez wrote, while Brooke Burke added, “You look so beautiful. I’ve been watching you happiness is your greatest curve.” More fans commented that she looked “gorgeous” in the pics.

In the series of snaps, she modeled a black set featuring a halter top and matching cheeky bottoms. She teamed the suit with layered necklaces, including beaded designs and mixed pendants, and a turquoise statement ring.

While lounging on the beach, Berry covered up in a black maxi dress, which she left unbuttoned to expose her top. She further accessorized with black sunglasses and a floppy straw hat.

She went makeup-free for the impromptu photo shoot and wore her hair down in beachy waves.

Throughout the years, Berry has been candid about her thoughts on aging. In September 2024, she told CBS Mornings, “It’s a privilege to age.”

“As we age, we have to stop believing that we have to stay eternally 30,” she said. “We’re turning into monsters trying to stay eternally 30. We have to realize we’re greater than the shell we’re walking around in.”

She also has no shortage of hot bikini moments. Earlier this month, she flaunted her curves in a gold Monday Swimwear bikini equipped with a ribbed glitter-flecked top and delicate straps. She styled it with a silk blue, white and red patterned scarf, which she tied around her hair and a long silver necklace.
