Hulk Hogan left behind a massive real estate portfolio worth over $11 million, Us Weekly has learned.
According to official records obtained by Us, Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea) owned a compound that consisted of two separate homes in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
The WWE legend purchased the first property in 2012 for $3.3 million. The 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 5,400 square foot home is currently worth an estimated $8.9 million.
In 2016, months after Hogan was awarded $135 million in a legal battle with defunct website Gawker over his sex tape, the entertainer purchased a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,062 square foot home next to his mansion.
The home is worth an estimated $2.5 million. A couple of months after the purchase, Gawker and Hogan reached a deal where the publisher would pay $31 million to end the lengthy legal battle.
In 2017, Hogan transferred the deeds from his name to J&T Enterprise Holding LLC. His various companies in Florida are registered under the same LLC.
As Us previously reported, Hogan died at the age of 71 on July 24. He leaves behind two children, Brooke and Nick Hogan, whom he shared with his first ex-wife, Linda Hogan.
The WWE icon earned tens of millions during his years wrestling and even more by being the spokesperson for various companies.
Hulk and Linda, 65, were married from 1983 to 2009. The couple, along with their kids, starred on a reality show about their family on MTV called Hogan Knows Best, which aired for 4 seasons from 2005 to 2007.
The family lived in a 17,000 square foot mansion they built after buying the land for $2 million in 1992. Hulk sold the home for $6.2 million — after initially putting the property on the market for $25 million — in 2012.
Per their divorce settlement, Linda received 70 percent of their liquid assets. She was also awarded 40 percent ownership in companies launched during their marriage.
Per the deal, Hulk paid Linda an additional $3 million after selling off one of their homes. In addition, she was awarded a fleet of luxury cars.
Hulk wed his second wife, Jennifer McDaniel, in 2010. The couple split in 2021. TMZ obtained the settlement, which showed Jennifer was awarded a home they owned in Palm Isle, Florida. Hulk also purchased a new car for McDaniel and agreed to make the payments. The wrestler kept his Florida compound in the deal.
TMZ reported the deal included a non-disparagement clause. McDaniel also received a one-time lump sum but the documents did not reveal the amount.
In 2023, Hulk married yoga instructor Sky Daily. The two were married at the time of the entertainer’s death.
Prior to his death, Hulk launched his beer company, Real American Beer, in 2024 and had a successful Florida bar. He was also in the process of opening a $7 million bar near Madison Square Garden, according to Page Six.
Hulk was struggling with his health in his final days, according to reports. The wrestler underwent neck surgery in May and had been allegedly dealing with complications.
The wrestler suffered cardiac arrest at his $11 million compound. He was transported to the hospital, where he died a short time later. A source told Us that the WWE legend was “in and out of the hospital” in his final years.
However, the source said Hulk had been in contact with people close to him.
The insider said the wrestler had various injuries that required over 30 surgeries throughout his life.
The insider added, “Wrestling like he did for so many years has done so much damage. His body was so beaten up. Although wrestling can be fake, it’s not physically fake. There were predetermined outcomes to the matches, but the physicality was very real. He was always in some sort of pain. He paid for his success.”
Hulk’s wife denied rumors he was in coma the day before his death. She spoke out following his passing.
“He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time. This loss is sudden and impossible to process. To the world, he was a legend… but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart,” Daily, 46, explained.
The details of Hulk’s will have yet to be revealed. The potential beneficiaries are his widow and two children.
In February 2024, months after his wedding to Daily, she sold off a $800k home that she owned prior to the marriage. The deed said Sky and her husband, Terry, were granting the home to the new owners.
