He was the goodest boy.

Hurricane, the former Special Operations Canine with the Secret Service that’s considered the most decorated K-9 in US history, has died at the age of 16.

The Belgian Malinois famously took down a White House intruder in 2014 while former President Barack Obama and his family were home.

For his brave actions, the do-good doggie received scores of awards — including the Department of Homeland Security Secretary’s Award for Valor, an honor shared with his handler Marshal Mirarchi.

“He was my best friend and meant the absolute world to me,” Mirachi told The Post Tuesday. “I was so lucky to be able to have an experience to know that my dog was willing to die for me.”

“He put his life on the line at the White House because he thought he was protecting me. I spent the rest of his life trying to repay him for what he did for me,” the former Secret Service Special Operations Officer said.

Hurricane was also the recipient of the United States Secret Service Award for Merti, the People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals Order of Merit and the American Medical Center Top Dog — as well as the first K-9 to receive the Animals in War and Peace Distinguished Service Medal.

Hurricane was medically retired in 2016 due to injuries sustained during the White House break-in.

Due to his outstanding service and sacrifice in the line of duty, Hurricane’s post-career medical bills were fully covered by the Animal Medical Center in New York.

The prized pup then paid this honor forward and became the face of Hurricane’s Heroes, a charitable group founded by Mirarchi that helps cover medical expenses for retired working dogs.

“We started the charity Hurricane’s Heroes so not only would his name live on when he’s gone, but to be able to help his fellow working dogs in retirement by covering their medical expenses,” Mirarchi said.

“Hurricane was the most gifted working dog I ever met and his legacy will live on through the charity.”

Since 2020, Hurricane’s Heroes has cared for over 150 retired military and government working dogs.

Earlier this month, Hurricane was flown back to DC to reunite with his old Secret Service team who presented the dog with a plaque and an American flag commemorating his dutiful service.

Back in 2014, Hurricane and another K-9 attacked 23-year-old Dominic Adesanya after he trespassed onto the North Lawn of the White House.

The dogs successfully took down the suspect — but each sustained injuries from the creep who pummeled the dogs with punches and kicks.

Both K-9’s were taken to vets at the time for their injuries and Adesanya was taken to a hospital.

Hurricane is one of many military dogs that were outfitted with Titanium teeth, holstering four in his jaw that increase the working dog’s resilience.
