She was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside, where she was pronounced dead, police said.

Responding officers found one of the alleged perps — a 23-year-old man — suffering from a gunshot wound to his left foot at the scene, according to sources.

The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the same hospital in stable condition. It is unclear if he was the one who shot the woman.

The other gunman hasn’t yet been identified, the sources said.
