Jessica Alba is selling her home amid her divorce from Cash Warren, Us Weekly can confirm.
Alba, 43, quietly put her longtime Beverly Hills home on the market for $18,995,000. The sprawling 1.85-acre gated estate features stunning views of the ocean and nearby canyons.
The 8,829 square foot mansion, that was completely remodeled by renowned design duo Tommy & Kathy Clements (whose star-studded client list includes Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, Bruno Mars, Jennifer Lawrence, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo and Kris Jenner) “implemented a perfect blend of natural and warm organic materials, reclaimed woods and rare marbles/stone,” according to the listing.
The home also boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the abode has a large living room, family room, gourmet kitchen, breakfast room, formal dining area, office library, gym and “world class” theatre.
The luxurious upstairs master suite comes with its own sitting room, fireplace, spa-inspired bathroom, and separate dressing areas with walk-in closets that show off the style icon’s extensive hat collection.
An entertainer’s dream, the outdoor grounds feature a rolling grassy lawn, swimming pool, cabana and bbq area.
TMZ was first to report the news.
Alba’s home is hitting the market just four months after news broke that she and Warren, 46, called it quits after 13 years of marriage. (The exes share three children: Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7.)
“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba wrote via Instagram in January. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
She continued: “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
Before the split, Alba had been candid about navigating challenges in her and Warren’s marriage.
“It’s all rosy for two and a half years. But then after that, you become roommates,” Alba revealed to Katherine Schwarzenegger on her Instagram series Before, During, and After Baby in July 2021. “You’re just going through the motions. You have the responsibilities. It’s a lot of, like, checking the boxes, right?”
While Warren has not publicly addressed the breakup, a source exclusively told Us that the pair faced “many ups and downs” over the years.
“They have tried therapy and have worked out past issues over the years,” the insider shared. “There were trust issues in the past, which led to many arguments. The marriage ran its course. Their communication hadn’t been great.”
The following month, Us confirmed that both Alba and Warren filed divorce petitions.
Earlier this month, Alba and Warren came together to celebrate Easter as a family amid their divorce. The actress gave a glimpse at the group’s celebration via social media as they participated in an egg hunt and visited a petting zoo. The family enjoyed various sweets including chocolate Easter eggs and chocolate-covered pretzels.
“Easter Sunday w the fam,” Alba captioned the post.
