A JetBlue pilot was busted and hauled off his own plane on a child sex warrant just moments before he was set to fly from Boston to Paris, cops said.

Jeremy Gudorf, 33, of Ohio, was nabbed at Boston’s Logan International Airport late Thursday after US Customs and Border Protection realized he had a warrant out for his arrest, Massachusetts State Police said.

The warrant for second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor was flagged as customs officers were carrying out a “standard review” of the flight manifest before it was due to take off, according to state troopers.

The exact details of his alleged crime weren’t immediately known, though the warrant stemmed from Huntersville, North Carolina.

“He is a commercial pilot, the warrant is out of North Carolina and he resides in Ohio,” prosecutors said during his arraignment in East Boston District Court, WCVB reported.

“So for those reasons, we ask he be held without bail and surrender his passport.”

The judge ultimately allowed Gudorf to keep his passport but ordered him to be held on $10,000 bail. He must return to North Carolina by Feb. 25 to answer the charge.

A JetBlue spokesperson told The Post on Friday that the pilot had been placed on “indefinite leave” in the wake of his arrest.

“We are aware of and closely reviewing the arrest of one of our pilots upon reporting for work at Boston’s Logan Airport Thursday evening due to an outstanding warrant,” the rep said.

“The pilot has been placed on indefinite leave as law enforcement proceeds with the matter.”
