Josh Hall is now Instagram-official with Stephanie Gabrys amid his ongoing divorce with estranged wife, Christina Haack.
Hall took to his Instagram Stories on Monday, January 13, and shared a pic of himself with Gabrys sitting on his lap near a fire pit with mountains and a Christmas tree in the background. The couple smiled while sporting casual, cozy attire.
“Happy 35th to this real life [angel],” Hall captioned the photo, adding an angel emoji and tagging Gabrys.
Earlier this month, a source exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that Hall, 44, had “met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time.” The insider noted that while Josh “wasn’t trying to date,” he met someone who is a “perfect match.”
The source added that Hall is “trying to live a more private life” since he “has no desire to be a celebrity” after he and Haack, 41, called it quits in July 2024 following two years of marriage.
“He hasn’t made a show of the relationship, but it’s not a secret. Josh is just low-key,” the insider told Us. “He is very happy with his life and looking forward to 2025 and what’s on the horizon. This is the happiest he’s been in some time.”
While Monday’s social media post marked their first time posing as a couple, the duo posted separate Instagram snapshots from Big Sur, California in September just days after Hall’s birthday. Gabrys also tagged Hall in a Story that showed off a beautiful floral bouquet. She added the message, “You don’t have to ask him if he loves you.”
On New Year’s Day, Hall reflected on how the previous year was “tough” for him but explained that he had grown as a person.
“Sometimes the tough situations can change you. You end up becoming a different person. A better version of yourself. You learn things about yourself you didn’t know before,” he wrote via Instagram at the time. “It has opened my eyes to many things. Even though it was tough, I know that it taught me many lessons and for that I’m grateful. I always tell myself that God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.”
Gabrys appeared in the comments section with a message of support.
“Proud of you and the strong, patient, hard working, generous and kind hearted man you are!” she replied. “2025 is going to be the best year yet! ❤️.”
Hall and Haack are currently involved in a bitter divorce, with Haack hiring celebrity attorney Laura Wasser to assist in finalizing their split. While the exes are no longer together, their relationship is still in the spotlight as the premiere of the new HGTV series, The Flip Off, draws closer.
Both Hall and Haack were supposed to star on the show alongside Haack’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his current wife, Heather Rae El Moussa. While filming for the home improvement show began before their split, Hall was subsequently dropped from the project following news of their divorce. Us previously confirmed that The Flip Off was moving forward with Haack, Tarek and Heather. Hall will appear in three episodes of the series.
Earlier this month, HGTV released a first look at the series that teased Hall and Haack’s relationship highs and lows. After the clip dropped, Hall took to social media to slam the network.
“TFW you can’t get enough ratings with celebrity 🏠 designers so you manufactured drama with me, a nobody,” he wrote via his Instagram Story on Monday, January 6, apparently referring to a tense exchange between the exes in the series’ trailer. “@hgtv, you’ve changed.”
