Kristin Cavallari is still processing that her date — and dry-hump — with Glen Powell is now public information thanks to her BFF.
“‘[He] gets me into a lot of trouble, Justin [Anderson],” Cavallari, 38, exclusively told Us Weekly with a laugh while promoting her new show, Honestly Cavallari: The Podcast Tour. “I’m going to leave what’s on the show at that. That’s already too much.”
During the Wednesday, June 4, episode of the show, Cavallari’s best friend and celebrity hair stylist Anderson made the revelation about her dating life.
“She recently went on a date — she’s going to be so mad at me, actually — with Glen Powell,” Anderson shared during a Q&A segment of her live podcast. “I wanted it to happen so bad. Top Gun, bitch.”
While Cavallari and Anderson remained tight-lipped during the show, the pair shared more behind-the-scenes details later.
“You’re partying in Greece and then Glen just came up to Kristin. You guys had a really fun night together,” Anderson said, to which Cavallari responded, “I never f***ed him, just putting that out there.” When Anderson stated that they “dry-humped though,” Cavallari confirmed.
Looking back at the moment, Cavallari confessed that she doesn’t “even remember” what she said. “I was in shock,” she told Us. “I mean, you will see my, that’s my actual reaction on the show. I did not expect that.”
When asked whether she regrets unveiling the bombshell, Cavallari replied, “I am not going to answer that question.”
Before her date with Powell, Cavallari dated Montana Boyz TikTok star Mark Estes. She was previously married to former NFL player Jay Cutler for seven years, welcoming sons Camden and Jaxon and daughter Saylor in 2012, 2014 and 2015, respectively. Cavallari and Cutler split in 2020 and finalized their divorce two years later.
Powell, for his part, was last publicly in a relationship with ex Gigi Paris. The pair called it quits in 2023 after three years together — and while Powell was filming his rom-com Anyone But You with Sydney Sweeney. While Powell and Sweeney sparked romance speculation at the time, both have maintained that they are just friends.
While Cavallari wasn’t prepared for the world to know about her encounter with Powell, she gushed to Us that filming the Honestly Cavallari: The Podcast Tour was “the most fun” she’s ever had on a show.
“I’ve said a million times I would never go back [to reality TV] and I sort of stand by that because this is not a show about just my day-to-day life. I was already going on a podcast tour, and so I just kind of thought, ‘Why not let cameras come along?’” she told Us. “I mean, I filmed the entire show in two weeks, which is unheard of.”
Cavallari said that the show is a docuseries “in the best sense of the word.”
“They just followed us. They let us do our thing. They never stepped in to tell us what to say, what to do,” she explained. “It was really enjoyable, but it was also really easy and the cameras really did feel like flies on the wall.”
Honestly Cavallari: The Podcast Tour airs on E! Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET.
