Summer hasn’t always been fun for Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula.
Ever since Summer House premiered on Bravo in January 2017, viewers have had a front-row seat to Kyle and Amanda’s love story.
Cameras rolled as the pair fell in love, got married, bickered and slowly but surely started to grow apart.
Weeks before season 10 of Summer House was set to premiere in February 2026, the couple announced they had split after four years of marriage.
“After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” Kyle and Amanda shared in an Instagram statement on January 19, 2026. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing. It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter.”

Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula Officially Become Boyfriend-Girlfriend
During season 1 of Summer House, Amanda was only considered a guest of the show after she was invited by Kyle to a 4th of July weekend party. In the season finale, however, the duo became an official couple.
“You make me laugh, push me outside my comfort zone, inspire me to work harder, comfort me when I’m down, listen to me when I’m stressed or frustrated, love me for everything I am, and most importantly, you make my heart so full,” Amanda wrote via Instagram in February 2018. “At the end of the day, that’s all that matters.”
Kyle Cooke Reveals He Was Unfaithful to Amanda Batula
During the season 3 premiere of Summer House in March 2019, Kyle revealed he was once unfaithful to Amanda.
“A year ago, I was on a guys’ trip. I blacked out, and I woke up with a girl in my bed,” he said during the episode. “I’ve never felt worse in my entire life.”
Despite losing trust in her then-fiancé, Amanda chose to give him a second chance.
“You mean so much to me, I don’t ever want to put you through what I put you through,” Kyle shared with Amanda during an episode. “I’m 110 percent in this. We’re in this together.”
Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula’s Wedding
During the Season 6 finale of Summer House in May 2022, viewers were able to watch Kyle and Amanda become husband and wife after postponing their wedding due to the coronavirus.
The twosome tied the knot in Amanda’s parents’ backyard in her hometown of Hillsborough, New Jersey.
Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula’s Baby Plans
As the couple enjoyed their status as newlyweds, both Kyle and Amanda appeared to have differing views of parenthood.
For starters, Amanda voiced her desire to move — possibly to New Jersey — and find a house with a yard. As for Kyle, he believed so much of their professional lives were rooted in New York City.
Amanda also expressed her fears that Kyle wasn’t prepared to be a father due to his partying and work. Kyle, meanwhile, claimed he simply wanted to build a future before starting a family.
Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula’s Drama Over Loverboy
During season 8 of Summer House, which aired in 2024, Kyle and Amanda found themselves struggling to find a work-life balance as their beverage company Loverboy expanded.
“I think that we were at a place where I would be frustrated about something happening on my end, and he would take it very personally,” Amanda explained after taking a “slight step back” from the company. “Or he’d complain about something that I approved, and I made a decision on, and I would take it personally. So it wasn’t great for our relationship.”
Kyle Cooke’s DJ Career Raises Eyebrows
When Bravo released the season 10 trailer for Summer House in December 2025, some fans were shocked to see a scene where Amanda voiced concerns about Kyle sleeping at a fan’s home before coming back “at 6:30 in the morning.”
While viewers will have to watch what happens when the show premieres in February 2025, Kyle released a statement to People explaining the situation.
“There’s no excuse for staying out as late as I did, but I want to be clear that I did not sleep at a fan’s apartment,” he said in December 2025. “I was at an event that Amanda chose not to attend, which moved to a bar and then to an after-party. I don’t use anything to keep myself wired, so I think I ended up falling asleep on a couch, and suddenly it was almost 6 a.m. Do I regret the situation? Absolutely. But that’s the truth and full extent of what happened.”
