Kylie Kelce knows people mean well when they tell her she looks “amazing” after having her fourth baby, but she kindly asks them to cut it out.

Kelce, 33, gave an impassioned plea to listeners of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast on Thursday, July 17, for people not to compliment women’s physical appearances after pregnancy.

“Here’s the problem: Every single person I’ve seen grow a human being and pop them out have rebounded in their own time,” she said. “And for all the people who are in the comments saying things like ‘you look fantastic after having Finn’ or ‘you look amazing after having your fourth,’ first of all, I know that you mean that nicely, but at the end of the day, if I looked like this and hadn’t just had my fourth child, would you say I look tired?”

Kylie admitted she is “very tired,” four months after having Finn, her fourth daughter, with husband Jason Kelce. The couple also shares daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, and Bennett, 2.

Kylie Kelce is still adjusting to life with four daughters — but there’s no second-guessing when it comes to who newborn Finn resembles most. Kylie, 33, returned to hosting her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast on Thursday, May 29, after giving birth to her and Jason Kelce‘s fourth baby in March. “Finn is every single day […]

“My point is that we don’t need to comment on the fact that a woman is postpartum and how she is doing with her postpartum journey, physically,” she continued. “And I think we could be more concerned about the overall well-being of women postpartum. I don’t think we need to bounce back.”

“And also, there are some things that we as women who have just grown humans cannot bounce back,” she added. “I cannot bounce back my stretch marks. They’re with me forever. Do I like them? Let’s be honest, no. I liked when my tummy didn’t have a bunch of little ridges in it. But guess what? It does. Do I still look damn good? Yes.”

The problem, Kylie said, is that the “bouncing back” comments draw a comparison either to a woman who hasn’t given birth or to that woman from before she was pregnant. She feels neither is relevant.

No amount of criticism can prevent Kylie Kelce from winning both personally and professionally. As Kelce continues to speak her mind about family, entertainment, sports and other topics on her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, the host remains blown away by the online trolls who can’t help but post questionable comments like, “Who the f— is […]

“Cut it out,” she said. “We do not need to compare ourselves, ladies. You do not need to compare yourself to the person you were before you had kids, because, newsflash: She didn’t f***ing have kids. OK? And you don’t have to compare yourself to those around you because there is beauty in the fact that we are unique from each other.”

In the months since having Finn, Kylie has continued to encourage others to stop being “weird” around new mothers. On the July 10 episode of “Not Gonna Lie,” she offered advice to men who do not know how to behave around breast-feeding women.

“No. 1, continue doing exactly what you were doing before mom started feeding her baby,” she said. “This includes not saying any awkward s*** or offering any unsolicited commentary. Feeling free not to run away. Remain seated if you were previously. Not staring at her boobs or even the opposite, blatantly staring up at the ceiling. Don’t do that. You’re making it weird. You’re being weird.”
