“It checks out because she hopped on the 2 train going Uptown,” her daughter wrote on Facebook. “We contacted the local precinct and now waiting for word. The person with the tip provided an accurate description so I’m feeling confident about it.”

Hall is described as around 5-foot-3 and was last seen wearing gray pants, white sneakers and a pink shirt over a white long-sleeve shirt, according to police.

The Platters were first formed in 1952 and had a number of hits over the next decade, including “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes,” “Only You,” and “The Great Pretender.”

Hall was last seen near Barclays Center.

Hall joined The Platters in 1965 under her stage name Sandra Dawn, and they went on to join a brief chart resurgence in the following two years.

The group, which underwent dozens of line-up changes over the years, were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990.

Herb Reed, the last surviving original member of the group, died in 2012 age 83.

Anyone with information regarding Hall is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or submit tips on the CrimeStoppers website.
