The maniac caught on video dragging a “motionless” pit bull into a Queens street before setting the poor pooch on fire last week has been arrested, cops said.

Isaiah Gurley, 29, was arrested around 8:20 p.m. Monday, when an eagle-eyed shopper at the Queens Center Mall spotted the alleged animal abuser, who was wearing the same maroon POLO hoodie, and called 911, authorities and sources said.

He was charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated cruelty to animals, torturing, injuring or not feeding an animal, and arson with intent to damage property, authorities said.

When police arrived, they found the dog “lying in the street” dead, a police source said.

Police were unable to confirm whether the pooch was already dead before Gurley allegedly set it on fire, or if it was burned to death.

A source previously told The Post a necropsy is being performed.

The NYPD also could not confirm whether the burned pit bull was Gurley’s own pet.

Gurley has one prior arrest, for assault from Dec. 17, 2019 in Brooklyn, cops said.
