Wild video shows a mob of masked anti-ICE agitators harassing a Fox 11 reporter and try to cut equipment cables as the news crew tried cover rowdy protests in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The confused mob is seen encircling the female news reporter as she tries to do her job behind police barricades while some rabble rousers intimidate the crew filming the chaos and mistake the team from local Fox affiliate for Fox News channel.
Some protesters appeared to attempt cut camera wires and damaging equipment.
At least 10 police officers equipped with BB guns, helmets, and batons are visible in the video as the reporter stood back. Other protesters were seen shoving their cell phone cameras into her face.
“Why does Fox News get special access?” one agitator is heard yelling, while others spew vulgarities.
In another clip, the reporter attempts to speak with her cameraman as the crowd yells, “Get the f–k out of here.”
At one point, a protester yelled, “Why are they allowed to go back and forth?” as the reporter crossed the picket line. Someone then used a sharp object to cut a camera cable, the video shows.
Despite being surrounded, the team of two appeared calm and did not engage with the crowd.
The Post reached out to the reporter but did not immediately receive a response.
