Meghan Markle’s With Love, Meghan season 2 proved that the Duchess of Sussex has made a name for herself in the cooking and lifestyle space with new celebrity guests, more easy-to-follow recipes and yes, flower sprinkles.

The eight-episode season — which hit Netflix on Tuesday, August 26 — featured the likes of Chrissy Teigen, Jay Shetty, Tan France and more. The second batch of episodes premiered weeks after the streamer confirmed that Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, had extended their partnership with Netflix.

“We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand,” Meghan shared in a statement earlier this month. “My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.”

With Love, Meghan marked their first release after the deal was renewed. Keep scrolling for the biggest takeaways from each episode in season 2:

Episode 1 — ‘A Sweet and Savory Adventure’

The premiere episode of With Love, Meghan featured Meghan’s makeup artist and friend Daniel Martin. The duo welcomed celebrity chef and Momofuku founder David Chang and his best friend, Milk Bar CEO Christina Tosi, for a sweet and savory combo.

Meghan prepared a caramelized onion tart with Martin before her guests came and dipped her toe into the world of water marbling to make a scarf and pocket squares as gifts for Tosi, Martin and Chang. Meghan also showed her three guests an epic flower arrangement she made before they got to cooking — and even got compared to a Japanese Samurai.

“Samurais used to do floral arranging and calligraphy to help with their focus and with their dexterity before they would go off to war,” Chang said at one point. Meghan seemed shocked by this information.

“Is this so wild that I do flower arranging and calligraphy?” she wondered. Chang replied, “You’d be a hell of a Samurai.”

Meghan Markle is opening her arms to — and sharing her cooking and crafting secrets with — several famous faces in Netflix’s With Love, Meghan. “I love feeding people… it’s my love language,” Meghan said in the series, which debuted on the streaming platform on Tuesday, March 4. “The only thing better than eating food […]

The foursome later prepared a flank steak paired with fresh vegetables from Meghan’s garden and made s’mores from scratch — yes, they taught viewers how to make the graham crackers and marshmallows. Meghan got a chance to show off her chocolate-making skills with bark she created for the snack, which, of course, included As Ever flower sprinkles.

At one point Meghan got some cabbage in her hair, which she dubbed as a “new accessory” and joked about starting “a trend” with viewers. The episode concluded with insight into how her love of cooking started.

“Watching a lot of cooking shows growing up, that’s what I enjoyed watching,” Meghan said. “And then, in college, the first time you live alone. So, then you figure out — I was really into Rachael Ray’s 30-Minute Meals.”

Episode 2 — ‘It’s Way Past Our Bread-Time’

Chrissy Teigen’s appearance on With Love, Meghan was full of sourdough — Meghan made the starter five days before Teigen’s appearance — and the duo used the discard for homemade Cheez-Its.

Meghan revealed that she’s “avoided making sourdough for a long time” because it’s such “a very lengthy process.”

“Sourdough is a labor of love,” she said. “Or stress, depending on how you do it.”

Meghan made Teigen Thai iced tea boba and a tartine with Ricotta cheese (said like Giada De Laurentiis). The duchess also taught viewers how to make their own at-home rosewater spray, which she bottled up and gifted to Teigen. Both women later made jewelry to honor their kids with their birth month flowers. (Teigen admitted she has her four kids’ — Luna, 9, Miles, 7, Esti, 2, and Wren, 2 — birthdays tattooed so she remembers them.)

Their reunion wouldn’t be complete without the pair discussing their years on Deal or No Deal, revealing that this was one of the first times they connected in “almost 20 years.” Teigen noted that being on the NBC show was a “really important” chapter in both of their lives.

“I remember basically being a backup girl,” Teigen joked. Meghan added, “I remember all having to stand in line to get our lashes put on.”

Another important chapter in Meghan’s life? When she was “rush chair” for the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at Northwestern University. The beginning of her hosting days.

It turns out John Legend was waiting in the wings while his wife and Meghan filmed the show. “I would have told H to come,” Meghan said, meaning that viewers missed out on a rare Harry appearance.

Episode 3 — ‘Easy as Pie’

Meghan kicked off the episode buying books for Queer Eye star Tan France’s two kids — Ismail and Isaac. And, yes, the duchess picked up a copy of her own book, The Bench. Aside from wrapping up the gifts, Meghan got ready for France’s arrival by making him a fruit platter and lavender gray latte. He made a splash when walking into the kitchen and immediately got started on preparing Meghan his own version of French toast, made with bread baked by his husband, Rob France. (Meghan does throw her As Ever flower sprinkles on top which France refered to as the “gayest s*** I’ve seen in a long time.”)

Elsewhere in the episode, Meghan and France made homemade versions of handheld apple pies — like the ones from McDonald’s. This was inspired by Meghan’s acting career, because she’d hit up the drive-thru for the sweet treat after a really good audition.

The duo also got their hands dirty with some crafting. Meghan taught France how to use fruit as paint stamps, and they both made aprons for their respective children. Meghan and France discussed their love for parenting, with the duchess revealing that she “always” aspired to become a mom. (She and Harry share kids Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4.)

“It’s better than I ever expected,” she gushed, before France started asking about her love life. The TV personality star wondered when Meghan knew she loved Harry.

“That was our third date,” she recalled, but Harry said it first. “We met in Botswana, and we camped for five days together. You really get to know somebody when you’re in a little tent together.”

Meghan also reflected, briefly, on her time living in the U.K., telling France that the one thing she missed “the most” was the Magic FM radio station. France referred to it as “such a grandma station.”

Episode 4 — ‘How ‘Bout Them Apples’

Despite filming With Love, Meghan at a different Montecito, California home, Meghan actually kicked off this episode in her own backyard to pick some fresh apples. The duchess was preparing for celebrity chef Samin Nosrat’s appearance in her kitchen by making homemade apple butter. Meghan also honored Nosrat by making her own version of the traditional Persian fruit leather, Lavashak.

Meghan revealed that she used to teach book binding classes when working at Paper Source in Beverly Hills, a skill that came in handy for this episode as she and Nosrat did a book binding craft. (Meghan also revealed that she’s a big ‘ol stationary nerd who used to wear a sweatshirt that read, “Talk Nerdy to Me.”)

Before using Meghan’s roast chicken, which she did offer viewers a guide on how to make, she and Nosrat spent some time in the garden. Meghan shared her kids’ love of passionfruit and even shared an anecdote about Harry, who seems to be very in tune with nature. Although, he dislikes cinnamon.

“My husband said to me at one point, ‘If you step on a nettle, which can really sting, there’s a leaf right next to it that you can wipe on it that will heal it,’” she said. “Because, of course, nature said, ‘Oh there’s danger, but there’s protection, there’s healing.’ They’re all close to each other if you’re looking.”

She also revealed in the episode that roast chicken has a big part in her and Harry’s romance. It was the “horrible” meal (because of the “challenges” of the Fahrenheit to Celsius conversion) she cooked before Harry proposed and was what was served at their wedding.

During the “bread salad” prep, Meghan further revealed that she ate “so many dates” while pregnant — on her Ayurvedic doctor’s recommendation.

Episode 5 — ‘Spice Up Your Life’

Meghan kicked the episode off with a trip to Ojai olive oil with friend, entrepreneur and podcast host Jamie Kern Lima, and the duo got an inside look at what it was like to make, well, olive oil. Back in her kitchen, Meghan prepared for guest and podcast host Jay Shetty to arrive with his wife, Radhi Devlukia.

Meghan prepared raspberry sparkling lemonade for the couple, who have a non-alcoholic household. The trio spent the day perfecting the art of vegan cooking, which is Devlukia’s specialty. They whipped up sweet potato and green bean curry with naan bread and for dessert Meghan prepared vegan coconut and chocolate macaroons while Devlukia made her famous chai. As for their craft, Meghan used the aforementioned olive oil for hand soap making.

Meghan Markle turned heads when she launched her lifestyle brand and Netflix show in early 2025. Meghan took fans inside her kitchen, garden and home with Netflix’s With Love, Meghan series. She brought along celebrity friends Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer for tea parties, sleepovers, cooking and crafting. Shortly before the series premiered in March […]

Meghan also acknowledged that Devlukia’s knowledge of spices and Ayurvedic healing offered her some helpful parenting tips — like taking the spice Hing and rubbing it on Archie’s stomach for a belly ache.

Episode 6 — ‘Just for the Halibut’

Meghan recruited friend and three-Michelin-star chef Clare Smyth for this episode. Smyth has known the duchess for nearly seven years and cooked the dinner at Meghan and Harry’s wedding.

“I was just engaged at the time when I came, trying to find you,” Meghan recalled. “Life has changed. The world has changed.”

Ahead of Smyth’s arrival, she prepared a green juice, homemade salt and vinegar chips and compound butter to go along with the fresh halibut, clams and Parker House rolls that they planned to cook together.

“When we were living in London, we became obsessed with your bread to the point — remember — even if we didn’t come for dinner, I’d say, ‘Can I just come and pick up a loaf of bread for Valentine’s Day?’” Meghan said, before offering insight into how Smyth made her and Harry’s wedding special.

Smyth and her team added fried chicken to their repertoire for Harry and Meghan’s afterparty, which has since become an off-menu item for her London restaurant. Never-before-seen photos of Meghan and Harry’s wedding were also shown throughout the episode.

Episode 7 — ‘A Weekend Away’

Meghan got out of the kitchen for a trip to Los Angeles with longtime bestie Heather Dorak. Before hitting the road, Meghan offered some major packing tips, revealing that she “always” puts fabric softener sheets in her luggage. For a little piece of home when she’s away, Meghan also has a compact picture frame of family photos so Harry and the kids are with her. (To complete any needs to fight homesickness, Meghan packed a baseball cap reading “PH 40,” a nod to her husband’s 40th birthday.)

Before meeting up with Dorak, the duchess made her friend raspberry thumbprint cookies and shower soothers, which is a bath bomb for the shower. Once the duo got to Malibu, they went to a pottery class making mugs (Dorak’s had a hole in it so Meghan made it into a candle for her friend) and bowls. They also met up with a mixologist, who used to be a lawyer in New York — and, yes, a Suits joke was made. Meghan and Dorak perfected their bartending skills by making martinis and margaritas.

This episode was “dedicated to the first responders and all those affected by the devastating fires that swept through communities across California” earlier this year.

Episode 8 — ‘A High Tide Raises All Boats’

Meghan and chef José Andrés made a feast for the With Love, Meghan crew in the show’s second season finale. They sourced local seafood and wine for a paella made with lobster and squid. The pair also served sea urchin (uni), oysters and anchovy bruschetta. While Meghan welcomed Andrés with croissant and churro custard-filled pastries, he entered her kitchen with jamón ibérico and a wheel of blue cheese.

While cooking, Meghan revealed that her husband, Harry, is not a big lobster fan. “And you married him?” Andrés quipped, which got a laugh from Meghan.

Once the meal was prepped and ready, Meghan welcomed the entire crew into the backyard.

“You guys all know, for two seasons it’s been amazing. Incredible crew, I hope you guys know that I see how hard you’re all working,” Meghan said during her toast. “We’re so grateful. Cheers to all of you.”
