Additional charges are expected to be filed against disgraced luxury real estate agents Tal and Oren Alexander, and their brother Alon, as the number of women accusing the alleged sicko siblings of rape climbed to 60, federal prosecutors revealed Friday.

The brothers pleaded not guilty at their first Manhattan court appearance as Oren, his twin brother Alon, both 37, and older brother Tal, 38, sat with their hands and feet cuffed together at the defense table in matching jail-issued beige jumpsuits and slip-on shoes.

“We do intend to bring a superseding indictment in this case,” prosecutor Elizabeth Espinosa told the court, describing a legal filing that will add new allegations against the three jailed men.

The expanded case will include more victims prepared to testify at a trial, she added.

Prosecutors had said that they’d previously spoken to 40 women who say at least one of the brothers raped them. The feds charged that at least two of the siblings “penetrated” their victims together in eight separate encounters.

The brothers are being held without bail after a shocking indictment unsealed in December accused them of using “the promise of luxury experiences, travel, and accommodations to lure and entice women to locations where they were then forcibly raped or sexually assaulted.”

Prosecutors have painted a disturbing picture of the siblings’ alleged pattern of rapes in which “they pin their victims down” and “forcibly have intercourse with them.” One witness told the feds they “couldn’t feel their limbs” after only drinking half of what they believed to be an alcoholic beverage.

The case marked a shocking fall from grace for Tal and Oren, who once catered to celebrity clientele and in 2019 helped broker the sale of a record-setting $240 million penthouse overlooking Central Park.

Prosecutors also disclosed Friday that they’ll be handing over a “substantial” trove of evidence to the brothers’ lawyers, including data obtained from iCloud, Instagram and dating app accounts and seized from cellphones and laptops.

Among the most damning pieces of evidence, according to the feds, is video seized from Tal’s apartment showing two of the brothers sexually assaulting a woman who was “incapacitated.”

Judge Valerie Caproni set a Jan. 5, 2026 trial date for all three brothers on charges that could put them behind bars for 15 years to life if convicted.

Friday’s arraignment hearing had been pushed back a week after Florida-based lawyers for the Alexander twins Oren and Alon said they needed more time to explore bringing in attorneys from New York.

“I thought there was going to be New York counsel?” Judge Caproni asked the defense attorneys on Friday.

Oren’s lawyer Richard Klugh — who bizarrely argued in January that the married new dad should be released because “there have been no more orgies!” — responded that he was “actively pursuing” adding a Big Apple attorney to the team, but that he would be staying on the case as well.

After the hearing ended, the Alexander brothers’ parents, Orly and Shlomy, could be seen huddling in the courthouse hallway with New York City defense lawyer Arthur Aidala, who in recent years has represented film producer Harvey Weinstein, disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged madam Ghislaine Maxwell, and others in high-profile criminal trials.
