Authorities raided the notorious migrant development of Colony Ridge just north of Houston on Monday, rounding up 118 illegal migrants — including accused killers and kiddie-sex offenders.

Border czar Tom Homan told Fox News that the raid by federal and state agencies was only the first of many that will target the crime-ridden “colonia.

“This is something a little different today,” said Homan, who joined in the raid, on Monday. “You know, this is a larger criminal investigation into a network. And a lot of the people we were interested in were located in that area.”

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wrote on X on Monday that he had been planning the operation with Homan “for months.”

The joint operation yielded criminals such as Florentin Chevez-Luna, 39, a three-time deportee from El Salvador. Chevez-Luna was wanted for allegedly repeatedly sexually abusing a minor between 2008 and 2016.

“The last number I saw was around 69 criminals,” Homan said of the one-day migrant haul. “I know for a fact, several child sexual predators were arrested.”

The busts were made at multiple locations in the development, including worksites and on the roads through traffic stops, according to Fox.

The companies that helped develop Colony Ridge — a 40-square-mile sprawl of homes, trailers and tents housing 75,000 people in an area at least 50 percent bigger than Manhattan — have faced both federal and state lawsuits alleging they lured Latinos there through predatory lending and misleading advertising.

When The Post visited the development in October 2023, it found signs saying, “¿No crédito? ¡No problema!” dotting the stretch of unincorporated land.

John Harris, who along with his brother William “Trey” Harris owns the companies behind Colony Ridge , told Fox News he’s supportive of the recent operation.

“We are grateful for the efforts of Governor Abbott, Tom Homan and all those involved in rooting out criminal illegals in Texas,” Harris said.

“In fact, [Texas Department of Public Safety] officers have been working throughout Colony Ridge for more than two years. They know who the bad guys are, so we are fully supportive of these efforts,” he said.

“We also know that Colony Ridge remains one of the safest communities of its size anywhere in Texas, and we are proud of our residents and their desire to make this community a vibrant, happy, and safe place to live.”
