Jennifer Pedranti’s legal issues with her former landlord have been resolved only weeks after the Real Housewives of Orange County star was hit with the lawsuit over alleged unpaid rent, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by Us, on June 10, the case filed by Qian Gao, who leased a property in Orange County to Pedranti, was dismissed without prejudice.

The dismissal came after the parties attended mediation earlier this month.

In the lawsuit, Gao claimed Pedranti, 47, failed to pay all the rent owed.

Gao said Pedranti “terminated” her lease early and owed delinquent rent of $15,000 when she moved out of her home in January 2024.

The landlord said she offered a payment plan, which was “to pay $1,000 on the first of every month starting in February 2024 and $4,000 on December 31, 2024.

“Although [Pedranti] made partial payments of $4,850, the balance of $10,050 has not been paid,” the suit read. The landlord claimed she was currently living in China and would need to travel to appear in person for a trial.

Jennifer, her ex-husband, and their two business partners were ordered to pay a $165,976.60 judgment over unpaid rent owed on a yoga business.

A settlement was reached in early 2024, where the defendants agreed to pay a total of $160,000 to resolve the matter.

A couple of months later, the landlord claimed Jennifer and the others involved had failed to make the promised payments on the plan. The landlord said the defendants made the first payment of $25,000, but none of the remaining payments. The landlord asked the court to enforce the settlement and order the Bravo star to cough up the money.
