Scott Wolf was granted a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, requiring her not to have any contact with him amid their bitter divorce, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On Wednesday, June 25, a Utah judge granted the petition brought by Scott, 57, earlier this week. The court order states that Kelley, 48, has “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”

The order noted Kelley allegedly tried to remove the parties’ minor children from the country, “combined with the behavior sufficient for Kelley to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment.”

The court said it was granting the restraining order due to Kelley’s alleged behavior.

In addition, Scott was awarded temporary sole physical and legal custody of their three children. Kelley was ordered not to have any parent time or contact with Scott or her children.

The actor has also been awarded sole and exclusive use and possession of their home in Park City, Utah.
