Jessi Ngatikaura is spilling the tea on the dramatics of the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 3 trailer.
“I was nervous! I was, like, ‘Oh, crap, people are seeing more of this,’” Jessi, 33, exclusively told Us Weekly of the teaser at the 2025 Page Six Virtual Reali-Tea Awards on Wednesday, September 17. “But, it’s gonna be a good season.”
In the trailer released earlier this month, costar Demi Engemann threatened to “go live” with apparent accusations about Jessi. (The two women’s friendship fractured ahead of season 2 following contract disputes and drama with Vanderpump Villa’s Marciano Brunette.)
“It didn’t happen, so she’s full of empty promises,” Jessi told Us. “I guess you’ll have to see a little bit more. This season is very interesting. It’s kind of a who did it [or] a murder mystery. We’re trying to put the pieces together. It was interesting, for sure.”
According to Jessi, she’s “super anxious” for fans to see the new episodes.
“I’m also looking forward to letting people know the whole story because it’s something I haven’t talked about, and I think some people might be able to relate [to],” she said on Wednesday. “Others might just get answers they didn’t have before. So, I’m anxious, but I’m also, like, ready.”
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 2 ended on a cliffhanger when Marciano, 32, claimed he had an affair with Jessi despite her marriage to Jordan Ngatikaura. Jessi denied Marciano’s claims, though she did admit to hitting a rough patch in her relationship.
“Every day is different,” the MomTok influencer, who shares two children with Jordan, previously told Us in June. “Marriage is hard. We still have ups and downs — and you will see a lot of that unfold in season 3. “I do think that overall it’s going to be inspiring to people. I hope that a lot of people can relate.”
Jessi and Jordan’s marriage has seemingly improved as he attended Wednesday’s event with her.
“We’re doing better than we were,” she told Us on Wednesday. “You will see in season 3 that marriage has its ups and downs, and we exposed it all, and that’s why I’m hoping some people will be able to relate to it because marriage isn’t easy. No relationship is. I’m hoping that people will see it as a beacon of hope, maybe, we’ll see.”
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 3 premieres on Hulu Thursday, November 13.
